"A beautiful historic property near to the river right in the heart of the old city of Deventer. I stayed in a studio, which had a mezzanine level and stairs up to the bed. It was well equipped and the bathroom was very modern. Note - the stairs were very steep up to the bed, so wouldn’t suit someone immobile. The stairs in the hotel are also very steep. The hotel staff were very friendly. All in all a very lovely stay."
"Nice hotel, great staff. Being an old hospital, the rooms are a bit of a strange configuration (at least ours was). The hotel is located in the restricted vehicle / pedestrian area of town so transporting luggage is a bit more of a chore. Nice stay overall, and good breakfast. "
