We unfortunately were staying here during a nationwide strike, which meant no housekeeping and limited food options for breakfast. We were however upgraded to a large room for our troubles and the staff was super accommodating. Great location!

Excellent location by the quayside. Very helpful and welcoming staff Fantastic breakfast with a large range of hot and cold food and nice dinning room - no queue even at busier times. Room was clean and comfortable

Scandic Neptun
My biggest complaints are that the beds and bedding were terrible. The TV also only had 2 channels and the chairs in the room were also uncomfortable. Scandic Bergen City
Restaurant staff on strike made drinks and meals a bit awkward. We missed having a kettle and tea/coffee in our room. But overall a lovely clean and modern room with lovely and friendly staff.
