DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
In the apartment's entrance, you'll find a spacious hallway with ample storage space. You then enter into an open kitchen/living room layout with quality furniture and exclusive features. A large dining table and spacious sofa provide seating for the whole group. Continue onto the balcony with a dining area and outdoor furniture.

The apartment has two large bedrooms of 10 sqm and 13 sqm respectively. Here, you'll find wardrobe closets, nightstands, and blinds to regulate sunlight.
The bathroom features a combination machine for both washing and drying.

In addition to the apartment, complimentary access to a secure garage parking facility is available. Kindly inform us in advance if you require parking, so we can attempt to reserve a space for you. Please note that availability is limited, and we cannot guarantee a spot.. You can also use the rooftop terrace, where there is sun all day long and ample space for lunch, play, or sunbathing!

All guests are required to complete our guest portal prior to check-in, which includes, but is not limited to: agreeing to our house rules, providing a valid identity card for verification, and authorizing a NOK 2000 security deposit as a temporary hold.

Getting Around:
Damsgård offers the best of both worlds - peaceful yet within walking distance to everything!

There are good bus connections with a bus stop 1 minute from the apartment on the main road. Here, you can take bus number 13, which runs every 10 minutes on weekdays. It takes you to the city center in 10 minutes.
You can also choose to walk to the start of Puddefjordsbroen (Gyldenpris), where buses arrive approximately every 5 minutes, taking you to the city quickly.
