Our stay at Hera Boutique Hotel was excellent. The family who run the hotel immediately made us feel very welcome. They were both helpful and hospitable and made us feel at home. The hotel is quiet and peaceful with a lovely view from the dining area. The location is excellent - within walking distance of the town and main historical sights. Breakfast was excellent and always served with a smile. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

An Excellent Place to stay.
The hotel is lovely. The room is clean. They have a upstairs terrace with a view of the acropolis, where they serve wine and beer. They have a wine cellar. They staff, or probably the owner, is friendly and welcoming. He speaks English very well. The hotel is located near the Acropolis.

This is my second stay at Hera Hotel. I love the fact that they took a very old structure and made it into a beautiful hotel. The people are great. They make you feel at home and go out of their way to help. The breakfast is nice and the dinning area is unique. Very much recommend it!

I liked everything about this property. The resored historic house is gorgeous, the breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh fruit, the location is central and the staff were knowledgeable and very helpful. I enjoyed a very pleasant stay.

Hidden in the old part of town with free easy parking. Very warm welcome from the personnel with lots of tips on what to see. Access is easy if you follow directions giiven by hotel. 15 minute walk to cable car for acess to the Acropol. You can also drive to the top. Spledid views of the surrounding area and the historical site is interesting. The town itself is worth a visit.

The family-run Hera Hotel in the heart of old town is a meticulously restored old Bergama house on a calm street with a terrace offering wonderful views of the Pergamon Acropolis. Every room bears the name of a Greek god. The service is so good you will feel like one. The breakfast is delicious, offered in the rooftop terrace. Best place to stay while in Bergama !

A quaint boutique hotel, highly recommended. Best breakfast in Turkey, comfortable bed and nicely furnished. Water pressure for the shower not the best but overall this is a lovely hotel.

A gem of a hotel, highly recommended.
If you are visiting Pergamum this is a great place to stay. Room was lovely and bed very comfortable. Owner was very nice and very helpful. Breakfast was great with eggs to order. Wine and beer available at very reasonable prices. Hotel has good view up the hillside to Pergamum and is 15 minutes walk from the cable car to take you up there. A little gem of a hotel that stood out on our road trip around Turkey. One piece of advice, DO NOT follow Google maps to get there as it takes you up VERY narrow streets. Follow the hotel directions and you will be fine. My email went into junk and I missed it! Stay there, you will not be disappointed.

A delightful quaint building , but a word of warning, do NOT follow satnav as it takes you up a very narrow road, follow the signs the hotel put up, though difficult to spot! The hotel staff are so very friendly and helpful. Wonderful views from the terrace and delightful wine to sample from the cellar. We sat and chilled with a bottle and were brought a delicious tray of cheeses and fruit as a gift. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was very convenient to visit Pergamnon, a short walk to the cable car. Delightful restaurants near by. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at Hera Hotel. The decor is so authentic and the views beautiful. Spotless establishment with everything you need and close to all the must see attractions in Bergama. Wine cellar is stunning and our host Cem Oflaz was so welcoming and went out of his way to chat about the area . His staff were wonder too. Would definitely recommend a stay at Hera Boutique Hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at Hera Hotel. The room was very cozy and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. We were given great recommendations on how to best spend our time in Bergama and see the ancient areas. The hotel is located very close to Pergamon and it is easy to reach by foot. Further the hotel is located in the old city area, with many narrow and beautiful streets. We will definitely recommend others to book a stay at Hera Hotel.

Pretty period boutique hotel with charming owners
We had a two night stay at the Hera Boutique Hotel and were very impressed with the welcome and attentiveness of the owners. They were so kind, friendly and very helpful. The hotel is a renovation of two old Greek houses with many period details. The bedroom and en-suite bathroom were small but very comfortable and well decorated. Breakfast was taken on a covered terrace with great views over the town. Would highly recommend.

A lovely experience in this family run boutique hotel on the slopes of Pergamon. A beautiful old Greek House with nice rooms and lovely garden. The couple that manage the place are very kind and helpful when planning visit to Pergamon ruins and Bergama city. I recommend.

A fabulous place to stay in Bergama in a beautifully renovated stone villa. Wonderful welcome, easy and secure car parking, comfortable bed, beautiful terrace with a view to the Acropolis where a generous breakfast is served. The hosts provided an excellent map and a suggested itinerary for our stay - perfect!

Located in the old town of Bergama. Wonderful view from the garden terrace to the akropolis. Very nice owners speaking Turkish, English, French, German providing us with perfect working suggestions for sight seeing. Parking lot. Very good bed. Antique atmosphere and style of the building and in the rooms combined with modern bath and technique. The perfect stay for us. Would love to return.

Great location for Pergamon ruins
We stayed for one night to visit Pergamon ruins. Hotel was within walking distance to cable car to ruins and also restaurant which is owned by same family. Very comfortable and lovely staff. Breakfast was excellent.

Perfect boutique hotel in a charming town
From the moment we walked in the door, our host, Alexander made sure that our two day visit was perfect. The hotel is a beautifully renovated stone house with ten rooms which were spacious with all the modern conveniences, cable TV, WIFI, large modern bathroom and lovely view over the valley. The hotel is perfectly located on the side of the acropolis so it is both a quick walk to either the town or the ruins. The breakfast was the best we've had in Turkey. This hotel comes highly recommended from us.

Loved this renovated old building with a wonderful terrace looking up to the famous ruins. Nice courtyard gardens. All staff are family and all friendly and helpful. Parking beside hotel. We are 3 mature couples who had 3 rooms....all decorated beautifully and even an international adapter to recharge iPad iPhone etc. good wine from the owners cellar. Restaurant nearby. Free wifi.

Hidden gem
Hera is an out-of-the-way hotel, nestled in the suburban back streets of Bergama between the city below and the Acropolis above. It was difficult to get to, but well worth the effort. This is a small bed and breakfast style hotel, recently built from a derelict home by the husband and wife owner/managers . They have done an outstanding job in creating their hotel and they are genuinely excited in sharing their knowledge of and interest in their city and its history.
