Double charged for the room

I booked the room for our family by Hotels.com and paid in advance. When checkning out the hotel double charged us for the room. Sent them 3 emails and several phone calls for a refund with no reply. Terrible customer service considering the hotel is in the Tourism business.

Positiv: Lage direkt am See mit Terasse und eigenem Badesteg. Viele kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt davor. Zimmer schön und sauber, allerdings kleines Bad. Negativ: Leider der Service: 1. Rezeption kaum besetzt 2. Fehlende Aufbettung und Handtücher..man musste immer nachfragen und Personal suchen. 3. Frühstück: kein Personal, kein Auffüllen...immer fehlte etwas, egal ob Eier, Butter, Wurst, Käse. Rührei nur auf Nachfrage. Während des Frühstücks wurde geputzt. Schade denn an sich ein sehr schönes Hotel

Direkt am See

Wir waren Anfang April 3 Tage im Hotel und es waren fast keine Gäste da, also noch Vorsaison. Zimmer war groß und gemütlich eingerichtet, alles wirkte neu und sehr sauber. Der Seeblick ist jedoch leider nur durch ein sehr kleines Fenster zu genießen. Minibar und Wasserkocher fehlte. Kein Fahrstuhl. Frühstück war sehr gut. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, auch der nahe gelegene Amersee auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.
