今回は親子3世代９名での旅行で利用させていただきました。ホテルではお風呂、食事処まで遠かったりしてお年寄りには負担になりますし、全員同部屋も難しいので、貸切宿にしてプライベート感ありで良かったです。 宿は比較的綺麗で設備も整っていて、不便はなかったです。 タオルは数日滞在で1人1枚で、別料金で補充してもらえるようでしたが、車だったので持参しました。 歯ブラシはないかな？と思って持参しましたが、ありました。 ただ、初めてだったので、チェックインに少し戸惑いました。管理会社に電話してサポートしてもらいましたが、そこだけ改善してもらえるといいなぁと思いました。 全体的には満足だったので、また機会があれば利用したいです。

チェックイン時をもっとスムーズにしてください。

とにかくチェックインが面倒。 無人なので鍵がいくつもあるが、 一つ目の鍵を開けるのに、雨が降り出してるのに 相当手こずり、電話をかけて聞かなければ ならない始末。 私も宿泊業をやっているので、チェックイン時の 面倒はわかるのですが、もう一つ先まで配慮して くれればこんなレビューは書きません。 改善してください。必ずできます。 返答メールを見直してください。 せっかくの友人達との時間ががっかりしました。 この施設自体は素晴らしいです。 温泉、お風呂の大きさなどいう事なしです。 チェックインがただただ残念でした。
