Load the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Gather all towels and place in the laundry room. Please do not start the laundry machines.

Place all trash in the kitchen trash can. Place all dirty dishes inside the dishwasher. No need to start the dishwasher.

Please turn off all lights and TVs. Lock both back doors, close the garage, and lock the main door. Return the keys and garage door opener to the key holder (right of door).

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

For pets, ensure your reservation reflects it due to a pet fee. Charge for more than 3 dogs or other type of pet. Fee for late checkout w/o notice.

No smoking allowed. $400 fine if violated. Attic is off limits. Max Guests allowed is 8. Charge if there are more than listed. Quiet time 11pm-7am.

Charge for lost key, garage opener, and broken items. Wardrobe, pantries, and storage are locked. Charges if tampered with. No refunds after check in
