Parking is available in a two car garage attached to the home. A code will be provided to access the garage and front door. Guests will have access to the entire home, appliances, and amenities mentioned above. Mail - If you plan on receiving any mail or packages during your stay, please have it sent to the nearest USPS office. We are not able to coordinate mail or packages at this unit.

Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

This was a great place to stay for access for all the fun there is to do in Bentonville. It was easy to walk to Crystal Bridges and I enjoyed exploring all the trails nearby. Would definitely stay again.
This home was perfect for our quiet family getaway. The place is spotless. The buildout is new, modern yet cozy. Massive master shower with dual heads. Very nice host and management company too!
Great property near downtown Bentonville and the Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Property has two nice suites and is very clean and comfortable and we had easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely recommend this location for a nice getaway in NW Arkansas.

Glad we chose this property for our bike trip. There were several trailheads within about a block of the house. The beds were comfortable and the house layout and decor were nice. The location was quiet, but close to downtown. We will definitely stay here again.
Exceptional home! Perfect size and layout for our family of 4. Easy access to trails, for my son and I, and so close to great shops and restaurants! You can easily walk to the museum as well! It’s incredible!! We WILL be back. Our first time visiting Bentonville, but not the last!

Perfect location. Close enough to downtown without the hustle and bustle of being downtown. Flow and Tech Hub drop in just behind the property. Great layout of the house with fantastic kitchen, bathrooms, and garage. Bike racks would have been nice but not necessary.
We had a wonderful stay. The property is clean, modern, and well-equipped. Check-in was easy and clear, and the property was exactly as depicted. Generally, rental properties don't have the most comfortable furniture, but all the beds, sofas, and chairs are extremely comfortable. The bottle of wine and snacks were greatly appreciated after a drive into town. The location was also great to get to the main street and the museum. The garage was quite large and able to accommodate 2 large vehicles.

Large garage is a plus for car, bikes storage and preparation. Kitchen has all necessary amenities. The 2 ensuite are identical, good shower but no tub. Very quiet neighborhood.
Came for a weekend getaway with another couple. We all agreed- This was one of the cleanest places we have stayed at. Everything was fresh and updated. It was well stocked. We liked that the 2 bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms were the exact same. Beds/pillows were so comfy!!! Spacious garage was a nice bonus- we easily fit 2 cars with plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again!
We had the pleasure of staying here for the weekend for our family vacation! The house is beautifully-decorated and furnished and includes an open kitchen/family room area as well as dual master suites. We appreciated having the attached 2-car garage to park our truck and for bike storage. During our short stay, we walked to downtown Bentonville several times, and the home is very close to Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. Unfortunately, our trip was unexpectedly shortened because of the extreme weather/power outages in Bentonville, but the host was very gracious and helped us with a refund for our remaining nights. We are already planning a return trip!
We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We loved being so close to the biking trails and just minutes from downtown for shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the area!
Great location next to bike trails.The townhome was great, very modern and spacious, clean and well appointed in the kitchen department.The garage was very large as well and fit a full size SUV with room to spare.The host checked in with us throughout our stay and offered to fix any issues we might have.
The pictures do not do this justice! We would definitely come back . Loved the proximity to downtown area of Bentonville- bike or walk easily to restaurants, Crystal Bridges, and trails.
We were 2 couples for 4 nights- each had the same size bedroom and en suite (one on ground floor and one on main floor). We all travel a lot and were blown away when we walked in.
The place is light, bright, and very functional.
When there we cooked, played games, read, and watched TV. We had decent basic tools to prepare simple meals and there are plenty of plates, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, and silverware. When we were there, there was a good range of spices, S/P, canola oil, and balsamic. Coffee maker does drip or Kpods.
The covered balcony is a good conversation area (but only view is other garages).
Garage has plenty of room for 2 cars with racks on back, and bikes- there’s a storage area too.
Note: there is no table for dining— all counter seating. There was not a was not an abundance of towels, both in the kitchen and bathrooms. Certainly not dealbreakers!
