We had an excellent stay. The house was just as described and had absolutely everything we needed. We loved the decor and artwork and the beds were very comfortable. Check in was easy and Debbie was very helpful with recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The house location made it very easy to walk or ride bikes to the square, Crystal Bridges, restaurants and is right on a bike trail. We had a great stay and hope visit again soon.

Loved the trail side home. Beautifully decorated,Well furnished, had every convenience you could need. The owner has thought of every detail - a selection of coffees, phone chargers, extra blankets, fabulous art & decor. Thank you, we loved our time there.

Incredible place!

Amazing

Super nice with plenty of fabulous art! The floor plan is so accommodating ! The location is great! We walked most places, short drive to crystal bridges! The home is stocked with all essentials! Outdoor patio area was just right for our family of 6 to grill and hang out!

Beautiful Property

This is a gorgeous property with every amenity that you could imagine. It is a five minute drive from restaurants and Chrystal Bridges. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely home and would definitely stay there again if we get back to Bentonville.

Amazing Stay

There was literally nothing we wanted or needed which wasn’t also in the unit, and it had many things I hadn’t even considered but were nice to have. The owner is friendly and an excellent communicator. I had high expectations which were clearly exceeded. I’d definitely stay again.

Gorgeous condo

Cozy, beautiful and great location. The owner did not skimp on details with elevated furnishings and kitchenware and everything you could think of that you might need. Owner provided some great local recs for food and coffee and you could bike or walk easily into downtown within minutes. 12/10 would recommend and we’ll be staying here again for sure.

Another fantastic stay

Great VRBO for our mtb bike weekend. Had morning coffee on patio, cooed and ate breakfast, drove to multiple trails each day. Then after cleaning up, we walked either downtown or couple streets over for dinner. Will definitely stay here again. Host has everything you need. Five stars.

This was one of the BEST properties I’ve ever stayed in!! Wow! Such fun and fully stocked house with 5 star amenities. My family of 4 was very comfy and loved all the places we could walk to. Debbie gave us a great list of things to do and places to eat. Had a great time exploring Bentonville for the first time and I would highly recommend this house to anyone!!!

Bentonville Getaway

Trailside at the Momentary was a delightful place for our family of six to spend the week. Trendy restaurants, coffee shops & bars were within walking distance as well as easy access to biking trails. The condo was first class…beautifully appointed inside with a comfortable patio outside! The perfect place to stay in Bentonville!

I cannot say enough good things about this property! It’s in the perfect location. A short walk to a park, downtown, restaurants, and The Momentary. Crystal Bridges is a short 5 minute drive away. The property is extremely clean, beds are comfy, and has all the essentials you could possibly imagine. To top it all off, the property owner is the nicest and is quick to respond to any questions. We can’t wait to go back!

Great Location and Great Host

We loved our stay here, and the proximity to downtown Bentonville was excellent. We walked to dinner every night, walked to Crystal Bridges and easily rode our bikes to the trails—which are spectacular. The house is the nicest decorated house of any VRBO we have stayed at. It’s full of colorful art, books, and appointed very well. It’s well stocked, and honestly just very well prepared to host guests. The host was very communicative, suggesting restaurants, locations to check out, and coffee shops. I very much look forward to returning with my family in the near future.

We absolutely loved everything about Trailside at the Momentary. The place was exactly as stated in the listing plus the amenities were off the chart. I’ve never seen a Vrbo stocked as well as this one. I would completely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location to downtown Bentonville and access to the Trails! Debbie was terrific and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we’ll be back for sure.

Awesome House

This home was absolutely perfect. We stayed here three nights during our road trip from Texas to Michigan. It was the perfect retreat after a nine hour drive with three little kids! The house was decorated beautifully, spotless, and stocked to the nines. It is also in a great location - we easily walked to nearby parks, restaurants, and ice cream shops. The host was super responsive and gave us wonderful recommendations on where to eat and play in Bentonville. We loved the house for our family of five and it would be a great place to stay for a girl’s weekend as well. Such a gem in a great town!

Golf Trip

This was a short golf trip with my brother and adult son. This house was perfect for three adult men, we each had our own bedroom and the master bath was plenty large for two to share, as it has double sinks and a massive shower. The house seems brand new and was incredibly well equipped/stocked, including both coffee and espresso makers. There were charging cables in nearly every room, which was so nice. The house also has a nice size garage which easily fit my Chevy Tahoe. Communications and check-in / check- out were a breeze. This was a 5-Star experience in every possible way.

Beautiful property, wonderful location!!

Hi Debbie! We had a delightful time at the Trailside this past weekend! The house was absolutely stunning!! The artwork and book collection extraordinary! Everything we could have imagined was there for us! Perfect location for walking to restaurants and shopping. Loved having our friends with us who had not visited the Bentonville/Fayetteville area to stay in such a beautifully decorated place. The memories that were made during our daughter’s graduation celebration weekend were definitely enhanced by your wonderful property! So thankful to have stayed at both of your properties over the past few years for such special moments in our lives. Thank you for your hospitality!

Invigorating Rendezvous

What an inspirational escape! The location is perfect for getting around on bikes. The kitchen was so fun to prepare our meals in. The mattress in the master bedroom is so comfortable that we want to buy one for ourselves! The bathroom had every toiletry you could possibly need, or forget, when traveling. Robes for liaising around the impeccably decorated home. The art and the books! Gah! Not one detail unaccounted for...we can hardly wait to bring family and our doggo to stay again.

Exploring Bentonville

The reviews are all spot on. Trailside at the Momentary is fantastic. The place is stocked with more than you can imagine. When I saw the Nespresso machine in the pictures, I packed our own coffee pods. Surprise, the place already had dozens of pods available. Maybe a minor thing, but that captures the thoughtfulness of the owner. We didn't cook in but the kitchen was amply stocked with cookware. The place was very clean, like the cleanest VRBO I've ever booked. Not a knock on the place, but if you are light sleeper I would recommend an eye mask. The street light outside the main bedroom is bright. Great location, well-decorated, cable, fast internet, nice place to sit outside, snacks, water, bottle of sparkling wine, tootsie roll pops, coffee pods, umbrellas, tons of toiletries, comfortable seating, garage, easy walk to dining options, so there's all that.

Upgrades galore!

This house might be the best rental we have ever found! The location was excellent for us. We biked quickly to downtown for dinner, breakfast and Onyx for coffee. The home was immaculate. Wonderfully decorated yet comfortable and relaxing for our family. The beds were very cozy with wonderful linens. NESPRESSO coffee machine, thank you for this! Additionally the room sprays, soaps, lotions and shampoo/conditioners were fabulous and luxurious! I took pictures of many brands so that I can get these products in our own home. We loved it and we will rent at this home again when we can get back to Bentonville. The finishing touches did not go unappreciated. Thank you!
