This "Bike-in/Bike-out" with immediate access from the back yard to the Slaughter Pen trails is located just off of A Street in the heart of the Slaughter Pen Trail System, you will be 1.5 miles north of the Bentonville Square, 1.3 miles from the Crystal Bridges Trail and 2.4 miles from the Walmart Home Office.
The space
Whether you are in town for business, to hit Bentonville’s acclaimed mountain bike trail systems, to check out the local art and restaurant scene, or all of the above, "SEND IT" is perfectly situated to meet your needs and exceed your expectations. Featuring a king size master bedroom with two queen size guest rooms and a queen size sleeper sofa, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house is newly renovated and sleeps up to 8 guests. In addition to the living room, all bedrooms feature a TV with full streaming capabilities.
The attached, secure 2 car garage is fully equipped with bike racks, a work bench, seating and a mounted TV so you can watch your favorite sports team play while you prepare your bikes to shred Bentonville’s gnarliest trails.
After a full day of grinding the trails, stretch out and relax by walking to the Bentonville Square and Compton Gardens in less than 15 minutes.
