    • Leather couches, granite countertops, quality mattresses. All interiors purchased new in 2024. No dubious thrifted items.

    • Large windows, vaulted ceilings, working fireplace create a beautiful atmosphere
    • CertiPUR-US Certified (no VOCs, mercury, and phthalates) medium-firm mattresses
    • Our cleansers, except for laundry detergent, are free of artificial fragrances. Upon request, we can also use fragrance-free detergent before your stay.

    🛏 Second Bedroom: This room has a full trundle bed with a twin trundle. This room also has a closet, desk, and desk chair.

    🛏 Third Bedroom:
    This room has a queen bed, closet, desk, and desk chair.

    🛡Security

    • Safety cameras at front and back doors. Every camera faces outward, and cannot see inside the home. They can record both audio and video of the outside, not inside, the home.
    • Noise monitor in living room captures noise levels (not any sound) to prevent parties, which are prohibited. Noise monitor also has an integrated smoke, weed, and vape monitor, to prevent prohibited smoking activities.
    • Ecobee smart thermostat does not record any audio or video and microphone is off. The thermostat is also not connected to any other smart device except an air quality monitor, located in the main bedroom.
