Located in Downtown Bentonville, and within steps of the Bentonville Square the Momentary, and within walking or cycling distance from Crystal Bridges, Razorback Greenway, and with direct access to NWA’s best mountain bike trails, the location is perfect!

When you arrive home, you’ll gain entry into the main level living area, featuring a gorgeous living room, where comfort meets warmth, with comfortable, high-end furnishing and a cozy, gas fireplace. The adjacent dining area provides seating at the table for six.
The light and bright kitchen features a large pantry, quality cookware, and the essentials needed to prepare meals together. Walk outside onto the patio to grill on the BBQ. Nothing has been overlooked.
Bedrooms:
All beds are brand-new and comfortable, featuring high-end bedding. We have worked hard to ensure our home has everything we appreciate when traveling ourselves.
Kitchen:
We love to cook and have ensured that you will find everything you need for a chef-prepared meal, complete with quality cutlery, cookware, and a pantry with all the essentials.

Arrival: Check-in time is: 4:00 PM. 1. Please leave your shoes at the door as we work hard to keep our wood floors clean for our guests. 2. There is absolutely no smoking in the house, out on the decks, or in the garage. Smoking in or on our property will result is forfeiture of the $750.00 deposit. 3. We do not allow any pets on the premises. Any pets on the premises will result in forfeiture of the entire $750.00. 4. Please do not drag luggage over our floors, but instead carry them to your rooms. 5. Any additional guests staying at the home not listed in the agreement will result in loss of entire deposit. 6. Please store all recreational equipment, including bicycles in the garage. 7. Keys: The digital lock code will be provided to you prior to your arrival through VRBO. Please use this code to let yourself in where you will find a house key located on the kitchen counter. Please remember to leave the key on the kitchen counter. Thanks!

Everything Kitchen: • We have provided high quality cookware for your stay. • Do not use oven cleaners, steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents or detergents containing chlorine bleach as all can damage pans. • Non-Stick pans – Please only use a washcloth to clean. No harsh scrubbers. Knives: • We have provided quality cutlery for your stay. Please use these only for slicing foods and do not place in dishwasher, instead, wash them by hand.
1. INTERNET – Domain and password will be provided prior to your stay. 2. CABLE: We do not provide cable, so feel free to use your streaming services on our televisions. 3. Please do not burn the candles in the house. 4. Please do not leave the outside lights on during the night. 5. Please turn off all lights when leaving the home or when not in use. 6. Check the grill to ensure that gas is turned off at the source when done grilling and replace cover.
7. Please do not move furniture, TV’s or DVD players to other areas of the house. 8. Keep windows closed in the winter. 9. Keep garage door closed while you are away
Departing: 1. Check out time is 10:00 AM. 2. Turn off all lights when departing 3. Ensure all utensils are clean and put away and that dishwasher has been run 4. Dispose of trash and recycles in the appropriate containers in the front of the house. Please place trash can at the end of the driveway so truck can pick it up. Do not leave any trash outside of the trash can. 5. Please leave key on kitchen counter 6. Ensure all doors are closed and locked 7. Set thermostat to 55 degrees upon departure

Accommodations were great and just as described. Perfect for our stay for family wedding with 6 adults. Great location for walking to downtown restaurants, museums, etc.
We loved our stay in this cozy home right in the middle of everything! Coffee was about 20 steps away each morning, and the best food was equally as close! Wonderful visit at a super comfortable, well-thought-out home!
We adored this property for a one-night staycation. We had such a wonderful time in the cozy living room and relaxing hot tub on the back patio with string lights!

This is a great location with lots of good restaurants nearby very close to downtown and Crystal Bridges, comfortable beds and a beautiful space. It looks exactly as the pictures depicted.

Only stayed for a couple of nights but the house was extremely clean and in a great location. Easily rideable to trails and the city square. No issues while we there. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Bentonville!
Loved the property and location to heart of Bentonville. The beds and rooms were beautiful and perfect all around. Loved the salt water hot tub after riding all day and sitting out front. Very clean and comfortable - would recommend and will come back for sure.
Plenty of room for 6 adults. Lovely decor. Great location. Coffee shop just down street. Easy communication with the host. Note that you park in garage in rear but the lock to enter at check-in is on the front door. There was a nice assortment of games to play. A request would be to have an additional floor mat in bathrooms. There is one for the sink, need one in front of shower in each bathroom.
Clean and well appointed. Only very minor things I noticed were that there were no keys on the kitchen counter to lock and unlock the garage as stated in the description. Easy work around with garage keypad. I would also prefer a Keurig machine instead of a regular coffee pot, which seems to be the norm these days. Those are very minor things that caused no problems for us. This place is super nice and super clean. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Nice house! The location is pretty stellar if you’re there to mtn bike. You have quick access to the trails, downtown and restaurants. There is a nice hot tub. We didn’t use it but awesome to have the option after a long day on the trail. The Meteor is also right there for a great cup of coffee before heading out. Loved, loved the location.
Small things to note that would’ve given it a 5… the master bedroom bed was hard as a rock. I mean, very hard.
During check in they mentioned you would also receive a key but we didn’t see one. There is a key lock box but neither code worked. Not a big deal but it was a little inconvenient when you park at the back of the property or in the garage, and have to walk to the front to enter the property despite there being a back patio door.
