Location is excellent for access to Dickson Street, but still plenty of privacy. Has a very nice hotel/condo feel. Be warned that the neighborhood can be a little noisy, but that comes with the territory. I'd love to stay there again.

Fayetteville for few days

Elliot never disappoints Place was beautiful parking and check in super easy Really loved the unit and will be back again If it isn’t available I would find another one of Elliot’s properties.

Great location

This was our second stay at the Musician’s Loft. The location is great for walking to theaters, restaurants and the University of Arkansas campus. The unit is comfortable and well equipped.

Perfect location

We came to Fayetteville to see our daughter graduate and wanted to be close to campus and Dickson street...couldnt ask for a more perfect location. The unit is comfortable for 5 people and everything was in working order. The only criticism would be housekeeping... Place needs a good deep cleaning.

Delightful Dickson Getaway

Wonderful weekend stay moving our transfer student in to University of Arkansas. With the winter snow storm and frigid temps, we were especially grateful for the proximity to the school. The layout of the property was perfect for us and our son. It was spacious and clean and well-appointed making it feel comfortable and welcoming. The pictures didn’t do it justice - it exceeded our expectations! The owner was the perfect host. And we can’t wait for our next visit.

Bougie Apartment on Dickson Street

This Dickson mid-rise apartment is a luxurious place with all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay; a parking spot, two separate bedrooms with very comfortable King beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and two bathrooms. The train is very loud, especially if it blows between 3 and 6 am but I was aware of it so I brought earplugs and used the sound machine on my phone. Even with the noise, I would recommend this place and would stay here again...

Great location, very comfortable

We loved the covered parking spot with easy access to the floor the apartment is on. The beds were so comfortable. The sectional was a great size to fit my family of 4 while watching TV. Once we parked we never got in the car again as everything is within walking distance. As expected, there’s street noise at night so bring a sound machine. With the sound machine we were able to sleep great and the noise didn’t bother us. One of the reasons we rented here was to be in the middle of all the action and to give our high schooler a true experience of UofA so we didn’t mind the noise. It was fun!

College Visit

This Dickson Street loft is perfect for a college visit with your high school senior at the U of A. It is literally a block from the beautiful campus and our granddaughter loved Dickson Street. Lots of college students at night made it fun for her. A little noisy at night until about midnight, but it really didn’t keep us awake. The loft is nice and the parking on the same floor as the loft was great. Very easy in and out. The only negative I have to report is that the cleaning crew obviously hadn’t dusted in several weeks. Everything was covered with dust. Other than the dust, everything else was pretty clean. It could benefit greatly from a good, deep clean.
