"They are doing everything on the cheap. They don’t have enough towels and no one seems to be in a hurry to fix the problem. On Saturday we put out towels outside the room, which is what they asked us to do. Apparently they don’t come in the room anymore and no one ever brought us towels. We had to wait till after lunch on Sunday to get a towel to take a shower. Ridiculous!I can’t believe a Hilton property would not have enough towels for the guest. Everything that you asked seem to be very laborious for them to do. I’ve stayed there in the past to visit family, but won’t do it again we’ll find somewhere else. "

"I stayed in Valentine’s Day and checked out the next day they held 132 on my car for incidentals and never received my funds back. Called and spoke with Cynthia and she was no help even rude it’s been a month now I still don’t have my money refunded. They are keeping peoples incidental fees don’t stay "

"So far the Prado has provided us with very good service. We stayed in this location many times when it was a Drury. The staff is friendly from check in to maintenance. The hotel is clean inside and out, and the parking lot has good lighting. The breakfast has multiple options for hot or cold. The evening meal options are varied and provide options for a quick bite or a light meal. We had an issue with our last stay, which was for a medical procedure, with the air unit and within a couple hours of reporting the problem it was fixed. "

"Overall, our stay was pleasant and the staff is very friendly and polite. The pool had a broken ladder that my son almost slipped on and, on our last day while packing and checking the room before checkout, I found a used syringe needle behind the tv stand as well as pieces of trash. Thankfully it was not easily accessible by my 4yo, but it’s concerning how housekeeping could be so careless to miss something I so easily found while checking the room for any belongings my son may have misplaced. Everything else seemed clean and well prepared, but this is not something I take lightly as that is a very unsanitary item to find in a hotel room I had my children sleeping in. I notified front desk at checkout and the young woman seemed very apologetic and said they would take care of it. Hopefully, housekeeping will do better in the future. "

"The property is in relatively good condition overall. The entrance, bar, Lounge and eating area is huge and very well done. They have an amazing breakfast with cook to order omelette station and much more. In my opinion, the room and bedding could you use a slight upgrade(if this is considered a top tier property). The location is fantastic with The Renaissance and Township shopping/dining areas within a mile. "

"Hi Disappointed with overall service Unlike other AC hotels we stayed in, our room wasn’t done, despite requesting it to a housekeeper. We were told the room was only cleaned, towels & bed done if stay is “3 days or more”. Drinking water, tea & coffee were not restocked. The bathroom in the shower - the corner edges of the floor were not clean (edges dark brown in color & textured floor areas appeared brown ). The shower door had a crack, which can pose a safety hazard to guests. Complimentary SB coffee was good on Saturday but Sunday was watered down. No KORRES lotion in bathroom or shower cap. Thank you.
