"The atmosphere was fabulous. I felt like I stepped into a Spanish hacienda. The court yards were dreamy. The hotel lobby was very inviting. List of people went there for breakfast. The staff was outstanding. I had such a wonderful time staying there while visiting Tucson. If I have any requests please replace the air conditioning unit in 115. It’s impossibly noisy even though maintenance tried to fix it. I had to wear ear plugs. "

"The staff was great. Wh arrived early and our room wasn't ready. So they cleaned it asap so we could get in. Then we requested a couple chairs and a table outside our door to sit in the morning and they brought it right over. "
