"This property would certainly be a five star location had a few details not been overlooked. The address is incorrect, we spent approx 45 minutes trying to locate the property after driving from AKL in the dark and with rain. It’s actually lot 10 on Lemonwood. I recommend arriving in daylight and note the lot numbers are very small on the fence. There was not one extra trash bag or a location to place the trash. We requested to check out one day early five weeks before the trip and they refused...

"A nice property with lovely low decks outside each sliding door, with generally good and well maintained facilities. Suggest that a larger sized fridge should be provided, considering the advertised maximum number of occupants, (especially for summer) and a bit better standard of cutlery."

"The iron was full of rust and caravan needs some cleaning. Cleaners came about 10am while checkout time was at 11am. Please improve these things."

"Great spot, very local to all we wanted to do. Homemade bread, bacon & eggs were a enjoyable extra. Only problem was no lighting in the garage and the gas bottle for the bbq was empty, meaning a quick change of dinner plans."
