"Location was excellent but the main road was busy with cars parked on double yellow lines outside the entrance to the property. Nice modern apartment. We had to replace the batteries in the remotes as none worked . The yard needs weeding. The bedding was low quality. Quay Hotel and Spa

8/10 Good

"Lovely staff. Beautiful hotel in a scenic location. Breakfast included was a nice touch and good quality. The spa also being included free during off peak was great. Highly recommend!"

Imperial Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Absolutely — I’ve polished the review while keeping your original points and balanced, honest tone. 👍 My stay at the hotel was for business purposes, and I had a double room on the second floor. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and it was attended to daily, with the mineral water replenished each day. The only very minor issue I experienced was that the room became quite cold as the weather changed. I had to ask the staff to turn the heating on in my room, which I found slightly unusual for the middle of October. However, the staff were very attentive and dealt with this promptly, as they did with any other queries I had during my stay. Another very minor observation was that there wasn’t a bin in the foyer. On one occasion, I had to ask the receptionist if I could dispose of some rubbish in her bin. I had breakfast and an evening meal each day and could not fault the food. The restaurant staff were lovely, friendly and seemed to have time for everyone. I also noticed them taking particular care to assist guests who had mobility difficulties, which was very nice to see. My only concern during my stay was one afternoon when I was seated in the foyer. I saw four youths come down the stairs and begin trying to open doors. It was apparent that they were not there for any legitimate reason. As I kept an eye on them, they soon left the building. Unfortunately, there were no security staff nearby at the time, and the receptionists were busy assisting guests who we"
