Villa Basil has 3 bedrooms and in the living room has a double sofa bed so has capacity for 8 people. Interior is fully equipped.

Villa itself is surrounded by nature and offers you complete privacy.
Exterior of the villa is perfect for kids. There is playground for kids, table-tennis, trampoline, swings... Villa offers private pool with sun loungers and a barbecue with covered dining area where you can prepare Dalmatian specialties with your friends and family. It is a perfect family getaway.

Wonderful villa
We had a fantastic stay in the villa which has everything you need. The hosts were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend and would definitely revisit if going back to Croatia

Newly renovated villa with an amazing outdoor area
We had a most wonderful welcome from our hosts, and were presented with a platter of regional meat, cheese and bread, a bottle of red and white local wine and some fresh figs from their garden! There was chilled bottled water too. Any time we contacted the hosts we got an immediate and helpful reply. The property is a newly renovated villa situated in a small farming village.The property comprises of 3 double bedrooms (one with a small balcony that overlooks the parking area) and a compact living area/kitchenette.The accommodation is all on the on the first floor. On the same floor there is a shower room with toilet and washing machine, and a second small toilet adjacent to this. There is a large balcony off the living area (overlooking the pool) with a table that seats 6.The garage on the ground floor houses the table tennis table (2 bats, 1 ball provided) and the table football.There is an air conditioning unit in the living area, and a fan is also available. There is no access to the top floor of the property. The kitchenette has an oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. There is crockery for 6 people and a dining table that seats 6. Basics such as kitchen towel, dishwasher tablets, cleaning materials, loo roll and pantry items were in plentiful supply. The internet was reliable for checking emails and web surfing. The outdoor space is outstanding with a fire/barbecue that we used many times, both as a fire and barbecue. Logs were supplied. The unheated pool is a great size with Roman steps. The swifts kept us amused with their pool cleaning! The pool was also regularly and thoroughly cleaned by the hosts. The property was clean, and spare sheets are supplied if you want to change your sheets weekly. Bath/hand towels were provided and it was no problem washing them and drying them in the sunshine. Pool towels are not supplied, nor is there an iron/ironing board available. The nearest town is Benkovac which is about 15 mins drive.There is a Plodine supermarket there that is open every day until late. For an amazing and cheap dinner in Benkovac, visit Pizzeria Pape - we visited twice during our fortnight's stay! We flew into Split airport (1hr 10mins drive). The property's location allowed us to visit Zadar, Split, Pag, Krka NP, Plitvice NP, Šibenik, Biograd, Trogir, Kornati island boat trip, Klis fortress, Omis, Benkovac and its castle as well as fitting in some pool days. A car is essential.

Prima en zeer schone villa die van alle gemakken en meer is voorzien, in rustige omgeving.
Twee weken verbleven in deze villa. Heerlijk rustig en weg van alle drukte. De villa heeft een gameroom met een echt tafelvoetbalspel, pooltafel en tafeltennistafel. Verder is er snelle WiFi. De woning zelf is voorzien van alle gemakken, 3 slaapkamers, 2 toiletten, waarvan 1 met badkamer en een volledig geoutilleerde keuken met vaatwasser. Buiten is er voor de kids een trampoline en een schommel. Iets verderop nog een a algemene speeltuin , basketbalveld etc. Het privé-zwembad is natuurlijk echt genieten, compleet met ligbedden en parasols. en wordt zeer regelmatig schoongemaakt. De mooie overdekte bbq met verlichting is ook fantastisch. Het contact met de eigenaren wordt zowel life al via whatsapp onderhouden. Bij aankomst werden wij door de familie zelf hartelijk ontvangen, kregen wij een hele rondleiding door en om het huis en er stond zelfs een schaal met vleeswaren, kaas, brood en een fles wijn voor ons klaar. Ok waren er enkele flessen water en een fles cola. Dit hadden wij nog nooit meegemaakt. Vragen werden snel beantwoord en tips over uitjes werden snel gedeeld. Bij ons vertrek kwam de familie life afscheid nemen en kregen wij 2 flessen zelfgemaakte likeur en 1 fles olijfolie mee als dank voor ons verblijf. Al met al super verblijf gehad met leuke eigenaren.

Abgelegene Unterkunft zum wohlfühlen
Wir hatten einen tollen 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft liegt abgelegen in einem kleinen Dorf, wodurch wir die Ruhe genießen konnten. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 20 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Auto entfernt. Es gibt insgesamt 3 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein offener Wohn- u. Essbereich mit einer ausziehbaren Couch. Außerdem einen schönen großen Balkon, der zum Frühstücken einlädt. Desweiteren gibt es ein Bad mit WC und ein weiteres separates WC. Der Pool und die Grillecke sind super schön. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar für Rückfragen. Bei der Ankunft wurde Wasser, Wein und eine Kleinigkeit zum Essen für uns bereitgestellt. Jeden zweiten oder dritten Tag wurde der Pool mit Vorankündigung gereinigt. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Die kleine Villa war absolut ausreichend für sechs Personen, da die meiste Zeit der Pool im Aussenbereich genutzt wurde. Der Kontakt mit der Mrs. Lepur funktionierte problemlos und einwandfrei.

Super Tolles Haus mit privatem Pool
Tolles Ferienhaus mit privatem Pool. Super Ausstattung. Gesamtes Haus und Grundstück sehr ordentlich und sauber. Tolle Vermieter/Eigentümer. Diese waren immer ansprechbar und haben sich rührend um unser Wohlergehen gekümmert. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank! Das Haus selbst liegt im Landesinneren und man muss immer Wege mit dem Auto für Einkaufen, Meer und Restaurants in kauf nehmen. Ansonsten hat man dort absolute Ruhe und Erholung.
