Located in Benissa, on the outskirts of a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, this is a 4-bedroom villa. It has a private swimming pool next to a lovely sun terrace with loungers, lounge set, outdoor shower, and dining furniture. You can stay here comfortably with a large family or a group of 8 friends.

It is possible to easily explore the vibrant towns of Moraira, Calpe, and Benissa from here. At 1 km from the villa, you have excellent restaurants and several grocery stores. The seabeach rests at 2 km and promises a fun-filled day. For a stroll through the town center and enjoying a drink at the pubs, you have to go 4 km.

Built in the original Spanish style, the villa comes with an open veranda to dine and linger. From the terrace, the views are gorgeous and the sunset is spectacular. You can light up the barbecue and enjoy al fresco till the wee hours. Heating and air-conditioning facilities are available. Parking space is provided.
