"The room was lovely overlooking the garden. I'd ordered a fruit platter, and it was delivered to the room with a great range of fruits. A clean well appointed room supplied with a variety of teas/coffees, biscuits with a kettle and waters in the fridge. Very friendly helpful staff who supplied us with more decaf drinks as needed and help as required. We enjoyed our evening meals in Peacheys restaurant which has a large choice of meals. The hotel being next to the station, makes it an ideal place for your holiday. It is also only a few minutes walk from the centre of York and all museums, parks and shops."

"We all had an amazing stay. The property was incredible, so much history that was explained in all the rooms. The pool was brilliant and a lovely size. The walks around the estate were great, we all loved the horses. I can’t speak highly enough of this place. We hope to return. "
