"The house, the view, the beautiful clean pool was excellent and more than suited our needs. Definitely need a car. The location is necessary for the amazing view but the roads are not walkable and it is an hours walk to the beach and town. "Pros: The villa was perfect, from the location to the pool, to the number of bedrooms. But it didn’t take away from the lovely layout and ambience of the villa. "The accommodation was clean and well maintained. It was cleaned daily. The breakfast was adequate for the price but it’s easy to get better elsewhere. The main point to be aware of is the room itself. I booked what I thought was an apartment that would sleep up to 4 and have a kitchenette. "Lovely staff, very friendly. The room was lovely and clean. Swimming pool area was clean, a small hatch was there to serve drinks. Unfortunately closed the one day I used the pool. Food in restaurant was good but limited. Breakfast was good with fresh orange juice served. Overall a perfect hotel."

"Great choice if you'd like to stay in the Old Town. 10 minute stroll downhill to the best beach, Poniente. Buses stop in the main Street which is around 2 minutes away. Those buses will take you to Centro, Bus station, Tram station, Finestrat... The hotel is spacious. An array of lifts that may confuse you as they only take you to very specific floors. There's an auto laundry, a rarity to have in a Benidorm hotel. A gym. An indoor pool plus the outdoor version. My room was clean and well decorated. The carpets need replacing. The old style tub chairs in the main lounge need replacing. The duo of dining rooms are clean, well lit and noisy. Some acoustic panelling would be of benefit. On the subject of dining : you won't go hungry. The stews and cutlets of meat are tender and delicious. Vegetables are few, although salad is always available. The bread rolls are the freshest I've ever had in a hotel of this size in Beni! I'd stay here again, but would book breakfast only for more of what I'd like to eat rather than take what was on offer."

"Likes: great location right at the beach, buffet, rooftop pool. Dislikes: our room was right next to an elementary school (window directly overlooks school playground) and we could hear children screaming very early in the morning. There was also no parking available (we were told lot was full) and we had to figure out our own parking. The sink and shower drain in our room were also clogged. Based on the cost of the room and our experience, it’s unlikely we’d stay here again."
