Outstanding, secluded, privately owned family villa located in a rustic setting of ‘Benidoleig –‘Aldea de las Cuevas,’ overlooks splendid panoramic views of the mountains, lush valleys and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance.
Built on two levels the villa provides plenty of living space and four large air-conditioned bedrooms.

The main entrance to the villa is on the first level/ground floor with two large air-conditioned bedrooms, separate bathroom, large laundry room and a comfortable second lounge/living area with TV.

The second level / floor opens into a spacious open plan stylish lounge and dining room with air-conditioning., the lounge provides a comfortable living area, a flat screen TV with cable and satellite channels and access to the pool through large patio doors. The dining room can seat eight people for inside dining with access to a large balcony that provides an alternative, additional dinning area with seating for eight people, and is an ideal setting to sit and enjoy the excellent rustic beauty and stunning sunsets and sunrise.. A spacious, fully equipped modern kitchen is also on this level. From the kitchen there is access to a covered shaded seating area by the swimming pool and garden area built within well stocked walled terraces filled with mature trees, shrubs and flowers providing guests with complete privacy to sunbath, swim and relax. The pool area has a casita bar, a barbecue, as well as a separate toilet and outside shower. Sun loungers , swimming towels and garden furniture are provided.

There is plenty to do during your stay. ‘Bendoleig’ is the closest village, a friendly Spanish community, with a cash point, chemist, newspaper shop, florist, and well stocked supermarket and several small bars and Bar restaurants, I highly recommend . ‘Gastrotaberna Temple Bar’ and ‘Bar Bonavista’ offer excellent fine dining and tapas.
Our guests staying in the villa are invited to enjoy the facilities provided in the ‘Maxes Restaurant and Pool Bar,’ easy walking distance 0.3 kilometres up the hill from the villa it’s a great place to socialise with music and bands every Thursday night throughout the summer from (July1st to the end of September) the club it’s open all day and evening for lunch and dinner, tennis courts and a swimming pool .
Aldea de las Cuevas is renowned for its beauty and excellent walking, hiking and mountain biking with many marked trails to explore.
