"This apartment was excellent!!! Very clean and spacious. It was our first time to rent an apartment and it was great! The check in was easy. Nice quiet neighbourhood, easy access and walkable to everywhere we needed to go. Will be staying again next time we are in Peñíscola!!!!"

"Al entran en el apartamento nos hemos encontrado una sorpresa ingrata, ya que había cucarachas en la puerta de la cocina, hemos llamado y nos lo han solucionado cambiando de apartamento, que no estaba preparado para el alquiler, es decir tuvimos que pedir mantas y se notaba que en las esquinas había algo de suciedad. Estamos contentos con el cambio pero como esto nos hizo perder tiempo hubiésemos agradecido que nos dejarán ese mismo tiempo para salir más tarde."

"Im Badmülleimer waren noch die Hinterlassenschaften der Vormieter. Badezimmer stank. Die Press-Spanmöbel sind aufgequollen, abgekatscht und bergen Verletzungspotential. Stockbetten noch nicht mal 2 Mtr. lang, die Schlafcouch kaputt und eine Zumutung. Schubladengriffe in der Küche klebrig, Spülunterschrank kaputt, Türen hängen, Scharniere ausgebrochen. "The apartment is located in a beautiful small complex with a garden and swimmingpools, and is fully furnished and well-decorated with all modern conveniences. There is also a private parking space. "Nous avons réservé cet appartement pour 6 personnes, nous avions été déçu car il ne convenait pas à 6 personnes, notamment pour la vaiselle, pour la table de la salle à manger. Nous avons été accueilli par des familles de fourmis dans toutes les pièces, le store du balcon était cassé. La saleté dans les placards. On nous a dit qu’il y avait un climatiseur dans le salon alors que c’était un ventilateur au plafond. C’est dommage car Peñíscola est une jolie ville."
