The apartment is a little tired and needs an update. Very difficult to find even though the location was pinned for us. I feel that it would be better if the host took you there and showed you how everything works. We couldn’t get the heating to work and couldn’t contact the host. We left early.
El apartamento nos lo encontramos bastante sucio como andaras descalzo se te quedaban los pies negros, muebles de la terraza estaban sucios y les faltaban los cojines con lo cual no te podias sentar, las camas incomodisimas la de matrimonio estaba undida en el medio y la campana extractora no funcionaba como cocines huele toda la casa.

El apartamento estaba bastante sucio, con polvo y platos sucios. Cada vez que se encendía el termo saltaba el automático.

Excelente terraza - Limpieza debe mejorar
El anfitrión es una empresa, el trato es correcto pero totalmente impersonal (nada que reprochar), hay que llevar las toallas (ellos no las proporcionan y estábamos avisados). A la llegada, en la oficina donde se hace la recogida de llaves te dan una bolsa con las sábanas para las camas así como un estropajo, una bayeta, un rollo de papel higiénico y una “dosis” de gel y champú. El día de nuestra salida no fueron estrictos para la hora de dejar el alojamiento.
El baño si dispone de bidet, aunque en las fotos no se aprecia. La cama principal tiene un colchón excesivamente blando (al menos para nuestro gusto) y al más mínimo movimiento chirria.
Durante nuestra estancia la puerta automática de acceso al recinto no funcionaba, estaba siempre abierta. Este hecho fue comunicado de inmediato a la empresa que gestiona el alquiler, la cual se lo comunicó a la administración de la comunidad, pero no se corrigió. También había algún tipo de atasque en una tubería de desagüe general, cuando usábamos el agua, nosotros u otros vecinos (afortunadamente durante nuestra estancia apenas había más vecinos) el agua caía en la 1ª planta, zona de las plazas de parking. Esto también se comunicó, con el mismo resultado. La limpieza del apartamento debe mejorar, no es cuestión de que hubiera una mancha en un sitio determinado, es que hay zonas que parece que hace meses que no se limpian y otras que salta a la vista que no se limpian. Creemos que la empresa que alquila el apartamento debe supervisar mejor ese aspecto. El salón – comedor dispone de 2 lámparas en el techo, una de las cuales no funcionaba.
El alojamiento está situado en una 4ª planta con ascensor, tiene una terraza enorme cubierta toda ella, con una mesa grande y ocho sillas, además de otros 4 asientos y una mesa pequeña más baja. Nosotros la disfrutamos mucho, es estupenda. Durante nuestra estancia, en el mes de octubre aún pudimos disfrutar de la piscina, que estaba operativa.
El apartamento tiene una terraza espectacular con vistas al mar. Grandisima. Toda la vida la haciamos en la terraza. Corre fresquito y no daba el sol. Zona tranquila. Esta mas cerca de Benicaló que de Peñiscola, pero en coche son 10 minutos.
Faltan el apartamento algunas cosillas como sacacorchos, copas de vino, alfombrilla de baño y trapos de cocina, algun rollo de papel higienico. Pero en general tiene de todo.
Tiene su piscina con cesped, que se ve desde el apartamento. Tiene parking.
Volveremos.
