The picture in your website are misleading. the basic room that shows a balcony does not have a balcony. I called the hotel twice after I did my booking on your website to confirm and to make some clarifications, both the times they told me someone will call back BUT no one called me back. The staff is not aware of what they are doing. It took me almost 30 mins to check in.
