4th floor (Terrace) is open to guest. It also has washing machine.

Other things to note
1) Attention: Please make sure that there is no mismatch between the booking name under which airbnb booking is made and the Aadhar card that is furnished. We accept only ID proofs which provide address. Pan card is not acceptable. Since we are required to comply with local laws, police is at liberty to examine our record for searching data in relation to any accused or for complying with health department directions in relation to any disease.

2) For Guests booking the property for long duration, (eg. 15 days to 30 days) cleaning services will be provided every 3 days. For daily cleaning or cleaning on alternate days, guests can avail the same by paying additional charges to the caretaker of the property. Since long duration stay are provided at concessional rates, the guest will be required to wash and change their own bedsheets. We do not provide laundry services. Three bedsheets would be provided to long term guests which they can rotate as per their needs.

3) In the event of damage being caused to appliance or artefacts which is not insured, the guest will be liable to pay the cost price at the time of check out.

4) Drugs and narcotics substance are absolutely prohibited.

5) We do not allow the property to be used as a storage space. As such we are unable to accommodate any furniture brought by the guest.

6) While we endeavour to upgrade amenities of the property on monthly basis, it is not possible for us to accommodate bespoke requirements of guests on short notice. Please check the list of amenities available before confirming the booking with us.
