Overpriced and rundown

The building is in a very busy, noisy and rundown area of the city. Common areas are outdated and in a dire need of an upgrade, although the restaurant is acceptable. I booked a Club Room which was spacious, but the furniture was old. The mattress was worn out and way too soft, the bedsheets were thin from all the washing. The minifridge was leaking (this was fixed on the first day) but did not cool at all. The AC is way too loud but the room gets hot quickly if you turn it off, so you can't sleep either way. The bathroom is shabby, there are holes in the wall where the shower taps were mounted and there was mold on the mat and the shower head. The glass shower panels were not cleaned properly. To end on a positive note, the staff was nice, and the towels were clean. Will not book again.

This is an old Fortune Classic property, though the management has taken efforts to upgrade, however due to bus stands and depots the traffic is always jam and access to the property is time consuming from all over…people with small luggage can walk nearby to access public transport or cabs nearby rather than calling to the hotel for pick up…

Nice hotel with spacious rooms

Entrance is not great due to fly over occupying the entry. Spacious and nice rooms. Cleanliness is good. Room service is bad in the sense that the staff is not trained even to take orders properly. They always forget to bring salt and pepper along with food and when we ask for it the food gets cold by the time it comes. House keeping is good too. Great hotel for the price and value for money. WiFi is very poor.

Pior experiência no hotel que já tive

Uma experiência horrível e extremamente constrangedora. Reservei esse hotel justamente para descansar depois de uma longa viagem pela Índia. Porém foi uma péssima escolha. Primeiro que os recepcionistas são extremamente mal educados. Segundo que o anunciado não condiz com a realidade. Quando percebi que o quarto era diferente do anunciado fui questionar na recepção e eles foram extremamente grosseiros e falaram que não era problema deles e sim do Hoteis.com começaram a nos xingar em hindi. Engano deles achando que não entenderiamos. Um transtorno total. Ligamos para o Hoteis.com e eles prontamente se puseram a disposição para resolver o problema, nos realocaram no segundo dia para um excelente hotel na região o RADISSON, devido ao uso horário diferente. O que mais me deixa indignado é a falta de vontade da equipe em resolver o problema, não queriam nem nos dar o upgrade, o qual iríamos pagar no local. Por simples birra. Uma decepção total

I and my friends were in bglr for a weekend and were specifically looking for a hotel with swimming pool and thus ended up booking a room in this hotel. Initially I was allotted twin bed although my booking was specific for king size bed however same was rectified after little bit of inconvenience. After around 2 hrs of relaxation, I called up reception asking them to guide us to the pool but instead I was informed that the pool is not available due to marriage function around the pool. Thus the main purpose for booking room in this hotel didn't exist. Some time later AC stopped working. They took around 30-40 mins for repair but wasn't repairable at that time. To compensate for this we were given another room. On the next day morning, there was no water in the tap. They took around 1-2 hrs to rectify. Thus, are stay at the hotel was very unpleasant due to non- availability of pool facility, inconvenience and loss of time in change of room, improper functioning of AC and finally the water issue.
