The staff were very prompt and courteous with any queries. The food in the restaurant and room service was delicious. The heated pool, spa and sauna were amazing too! The kids absolutely loved it! "This place is a disgrace - photos to prove it which are being sent to Bendigo City Council for the attention of their health dept/inspectors. The only reason we stayed (only after we cleaned surfaces and micro wave and getting 'clean' sheets) was because a refund was refused and we had an early start the next day - too late for us to find an alternative."
