Room was ready when we arrived. Rooms are motel style so entry is from outside from the parking lot. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for the night. TV remote didn’t work with all buttons but really that wasn’t a huge deal. Hot tub and pool area were clean.

Just one night stopping over on our way South. The room was comfortable. The bed was a little hard for our tastes. Having the Black Bear diner out front made it easy to eat.

Very accommodating thru the app. Liked very much the location of hotel and the restaurant. Centrally located to all good things in Bend. Only thing i didn’t like was the sound of the railway behind the bldg but that was short lived

The staff were courteous and kind. This place is great if traveling with pets and the location is great for walkable dining choices. They even have California king size beds! Which is a wonderful choice if traveling with your certified giant. Will definitely stay again!

There were quite a few things that were not in working order i.e elevator, exercise equipment (just one machine not working) hand sanitation containers empty and or not working. Even at deal rate it felt too much. The staff was helpful, the artwork/decor is cool though.

Dear Ms. Atkins, Thank you for your feedback but I think you have the wrong hotel. You stayed with us over a month ago and we do not have elevators. I also checked our fitness room and all our exercise machines are in working order and hand sanitation containers are full. Let me know if you have further questions or concerns, thank you.

One of the rare times I have thought, 'I will SO stay here again when I swing through town!!' After you park and walk toward building, it already has an inviting vibe, with ambience lights, fire going (inside and outside), clean yet cozy lobby, the evening staff were super friendly, stairways clean heading to top floor room I had and the room--loved it. Uniquely designed, inviting/comfy and clean. I felt like the staff put care in to what they do there at Waypoint, whatever the job is.

Check-in was a "breeze" ! Great sheer and black-out drapes. Nice and clean. Mini fridge was quite noisy, but likely just ours (?) I actually unplugged it in the middle of the night.

Very nice, clean, budget friendly hotel. Great location, Black Bear Diner next door. Would have rated all 5 stars but felt the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too flat for our liking.

We had stayed on this property years ago when it was a different hotel and WOW, what an incredible makeover and upgrade! I was genuinely surprised by the extensive renovation the Waypoint had undertaken and the results were impressive. I love the crisp, boutique feel of this property. All the staff we had interactions with were very pleasant, helpful, and responsive to requests. Our room was very clean, quiet, and inviting. We had to travel north, east, and south for various reasons, and because we were conveniently located in the heart of Bend, we found ourselves within a very short drive to all of our destinations. I hope the Waypoint's future plans will include offering a free breakfast, or at least a light continental style breakfast. We definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying there on our next trip to Bend!
