WOW-Great location, river access, trails, Old Mill, downtown and the mountain.

  • Awesome location. Nice, clean and close to everything that is great in Bend - the river, Mt. Bachelor, the Old Mill District with shopping, restaurants and movie theaters. Walk along the river all the way to Hayden Homes Ampitheatre for concerts. Cycle, kayak, paddle board, hike, and walk right out the door to some of the best spots in town. You can be in the river in less than 3 minutes. Walk to several breweries from the house. You’ll love the location, amenities, the outdoor space, and the comfy bed.

    The 7-mile paved river trail is across the street. Everything is close by. The white-water park is only a mile walk away. It's fun to watch the surfers and white-water kayakers on the waves. It's also fun to watch the hundreds of individuals float thru the rapids in the summer on float tubes. If you want to float the river, it will take you only 5 minutes to be in the river from the house.
