This dog friendly, 4-bedroom home will easily accommodate up to ten people. Rest comfortably in the large primary suite including a king-sized bed and spacious ensuite. Two additional rooms offer queen beds and a fourth bedroom offering a set of bunk beds, plus a twin trundle/day bed. Awbrey 7 does not have air conditioning and provides box fans in the bedrooms.

Awbrey 7 also includes a large dining table and open kitchen, perfect for conversations and activities. Venture out and see the wildlife that lives amongst the Pines where the Big Deschutes River meanders through. A Bald Eagle or an Osprey are common sites around here as well as the many Deer and Squirrel that live within Sunriver year round.

In the summer months, the large, partially covered deck with outdoor seating is perfect for creating memories under the stars after enjoying a BBQ with the family. Or soak in the brand-new hot tub on the back deck after a day of skiing. There is even a foosball and a ping pong table in the garage for lively competition.

Located conveniently across from Fort Rock Park where you can access basketball, tennis, and pickle ball courts, a playground structure, a baseball diamond and more! Explore 35+ miles of paved bike and walking paths or spend a day up at Mt. Bachelor skiing.
