Beautiful house located walking distance to so many great parts of Bend. The layout of the house was perfect for getting our family together. The river views made for a relaxing mini vacation.

Incredible home
This is an incredible home in a unique location. We had a great stay here. The communication and management of the rental was seamless. Looking forward to returning.
We absolutely loved the house and its location. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds and clean and high quality bedding. The kitchen was full of appliances anyone would need. The house offers luxury, comfort and convenience. We had an exceptional time and customer support was always available for any questions.
Great property! The house was big, clean, and located in a super spot in relation to the town and the river. Bed rooms are large and spacious. Beds comfortable. The living room area has a massive slider that makes the outside-in experience great in good weather conditions. The kitchen/dining interface was great for our 10 person family gathering and meals. The river views and personal river access are also super.
One of the best things though IMO is the location. The house is located walking distance to downtown, Mill area, music, and river walk. You do not need a vehicle for just about anything. Our group regularly took walks, rode bikes, etc. The only thing you need a vehicle for is getting groceries.
Interaction with the management company was smooth. Questions before the trip were answered promptly. The check in/out process was easy and smooth. The only small bump in the road was the house's noise monitoring system which had warnings of noise issues when there was only normal conversions going on etc. The management company responded quickly though and turned off the notifications after talking with them.
Very nearly perfect stay in Bend! 4 stars as outside had not been cleaned up from pine needles in quie a while. Great location for walks, skiing, park and river view is fabulous (sunrise!!) Kichen/dining perfect for large crowd cooking and dining in.FYI oven takes 30 minutes to preheat to 350. Great spaces for spreading out, puzzles upsairs and TV downstairs. (Never did get the DVD downstairs to work). Garage filled with outdoor gear but still room for one car.We found this house to be just right for what we wanted for our 50th anniversary family reunion.
We have rented a lot of different homes in the Bend area and by far this one has the most incredible location!
The home doesn’t just have location, it has a wonderful open floor plan, plus beautiful high end finishes, and a patio area worth dreaming of!
This home was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay!
This incredible home is luxurious and comfortable. We had a family gathering with three generations, the centralized location and impressive river frontage has something for everyone. Equipped with anything you would ever need, the consistent five star rating is well deserved.

Beyond expectations!
The home is even better in person than the pictures! Location, river setting, and quality of the home went beyond our initial expectations. We enjoyed everything about the home and options available, including the kayaks. The home is highly recommended as wonderful place to enjoy all Bend has to offer.
Had a fabulous July 4th in Bend. River home had everything we ever could need! Well stocked supplies, river toys, beds were great and we cooked all week! Debbie was great to work with and was available if I had any concerns or questions. Great service!! Great location between Old Mill and Downtown Bend. We will definitely be back!
Our family of 5 stayed at this beautiful property to allow us to check our OSU Bend campus for our daughter. The home was spectacular. Location allowed us to conveniently walk downtown. Home is equipped with all of the amenities you'd expect at this price point. We cannot wait to go back frequently should our daughter decide Bend is her next home.

This house did not disappoint!
We scheduled a family reunion in Bend, OR and needed a "big house" for family gatherings. The rooms were large and spacious and the outdoor patios were to die for. The view of the river was something else! Debbie Mooney, the real estate person was there to greet us and helped us get settled in. This house has excellent mojo. If I ever need a large house in Bend again, I would not look any further.
My family and I had four of the most incredible relaxing days of our summer break here. The description of the home is very accurate, and the property is even more beautiful in person. We ran into a little trouble with operator error and the jacuzzi, and someone was out to fix it almost immediately. The proximity to Old Mill, Downton Bend, and the water park was perfect for all us with different interests. Plenty of toys for the river as well. We'll definitely be back. . . we're in love!
This place has it all for group of friends or families. The three master suites are massive and give you a place where you can get away for a minute when you are not enjoying all of the shared indoor/outdoor spaces. Speaking of which, you could have multiple groups doing different activities in at least four or five places on the property. The kitchen is perfect and set up for entertaining. Accessing the river for kayaking, SUPing, and floating could not be easier. Because this house really is walkable and in the middle of EVERYTHING, the bridge and park next door are very popular with the youth for hanging out and jumping off of, which makes the house a perfect location that is very social (during nice weather), but not a secluded getaway until the weather turns or the sun goes down. My group loved it!

Awesome house in the perfect location!
We had a fantastic week in this beautiful home! There is plenty of room for every couple to have their own “space”, and the gathering areas of the home (living room, dining room, kitchen) are perfect for large groups. We woke every morning to coffee on the deck listening to the river rush by and finished several nights in the hot tub. In between we kayaked, hiked & completed the “Bend Ale Trail”. Needless to say that there is a ton to do in Bend. The location is PERFECTLY located on the river, but only a short walk or bike ride to downtown. If I could give 10 stars to Deb Mooney, I would. She was incredibly helpful and was really committed to making sure we had a great trip. We highly recommend Bend to anyone looking for a fun trip & we wouldn’t stay anyplace other than this beautiful river home!

fabulous
Overall very good. We had a group of 10 men for a ski trip. Counting the "yoga room"there are 5 bedrooms, so using a few aerobeds or pad can sleep 10. There was plenty of room, the layout with the kitchen and living room was excellent. The kitchen was well appointed. The table easily sat 10, could go up to 12. The hot tub was perfect. We couldn't use a lot of the outdoor space since it was snowing, but we could see in the summer the available space would greatly increase with multiple decks.
It was within easy driving, or a nice walk, to downtown and restaurants. Definitely would come here again.
Debbie Mooney was very attentive and helpful.

Excellent house and perfect location
This was our second visit to the house and we plan to come back the same time every year. The house is big, is well appointed, has an incredible setting on the river with multiple decks and river views, and the location can't be beaten for convenience -- halfway between old mill and downtown, right on the pedestrian bridge at Columbia Park with easy access to everything. A nice touch is the fleet of cruiser bikes that will get you easily to Goodlife, 10 Barrel, Crux or any of the other top breweries in town. Also an easy pedal away from the Cog Wild shuttle, so the house is an ideal base for mountain biking -- start at Cog Wild and ride all the way from mt bachelor back to the house.
My only modest quibble is that the bed configuration isn't great for bigger groups -- rather than small doubles it would be better to have twin/king combo beds in the rooms that can be split for larger groups, or pull out sofa types. But rest assured there is plenty of room in this big house to stretch out.
