River Front on Mirror Pond & Drake Park, Exquisite, Gourmet Kitchen

This elegant Tudor, located on the banks of the Deschutes River near historic Drake Park in Downtown Bend, is an easy walk to downtown, where you'll find lots of choices for dining, shopping and entertainment.

Drake Park Villa is a beautiful two-story home with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The luxurious King Master Suite includes a large separate shower, double sinks and a soaking tub surrounded by beautiful paned windows that overlook the river. Two queen bedrooms share one bath on the second floor, which also has a spacious family room with a flat screen television with cable and DVD.

The main floor features Brazilian hardwood floors and a roomy, open floor plan with living, kitchen and dining areas. Large windows frame the beautiful view of the river. Drake Park Villa also features a gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops and seating for four at the bar, as well as a media room with flat screen TV and game table. This is a no-pet home.

Please note, if you choose to book with this home, you will be receiving a separate rental agreement that will need to be electronically signed before your stay.

Drake Park Villa is a gorgeous house in a fantastic location. Our family of four loved our time there, and would stay again in a heartbeat.

An absolutely stunning property. A spectacular house. Easy walk to downtown. Two blocks from a great restaurant downtown. The river is steps from the back door. Couldn't have been nicer.

Wonderful location!

Everything about the house was perfect. Interior was very elegant and it had the perfect location sitting right on the river. We could go out every morning and have coffee on the patio and listen to the Geese and enjoy the sound of the river.

Beautiful home right on the Deschutes

I booked this property with my wife and several of our friends while we were in Bend for a wedding. We got a great deal on the house as we were visiting in the off-season.The management was very friendly and amendable, and the house was spacious and clean. We had a great kitchen too, with lots of equipment stocked. Would definitely book this place again, and would recommend it to others.

Beautiful river front view. We enjoyed having our coffee and watching the birds come and go. We could walk to parks, restaurants, bars and bakeries. Hope to visit again soon.

Magnificent property and views!

This property is amazing! The views of Mirror Pond and Drake Park were lovely. This was for a reunion of 3 sorority sisters that have been getting together for many years and this house was perfect! We felt like Princesses at 75 living in a castle. Loved walking into town everyday!

Amazing property

The house is in wonderful shape. The kitchen is a chefs dream. The location, in the heart of all the fun things to do in Bend, cannot be beat. And the patio overlooking the lake where all of the river floaters exit is people watching at its best.

The house was right on the river=perfect for kayak, SOP and floats. We walked to many restaurants and the neighborhood was very friendly. We did cook and the kitchen was well stocked. I would rent here again.

We'll be back!

We've rented several homes in Bend over the years. We finally found “the one”. This home is absolutely beautiful, top quality furnishings (very comfortable beds), we'll stocked kitchen, lots of interior space, impeccably clean and perfect location. Short drive to all that Bend has to offer. But, the best part - the backyard being on the river! What a beautiful place to sit and relax.

This house is amazing! Perfect location, wonderful feel and furnishings. We will definitely be booking this house again. It snowed 4 inches yesterday and the park was beautiful. Only thing I would suggest is some kind of curtain or blinds at the head of the head in the master. You are up with the sun since the window is by the head of the bed.

Great House but needs a few improvements

The house and location were great. Overlooking the bank of the Deschutes River and right across from downtown. Walking distance to shops and great food. The house is incredible and perfect for a larger family. Only complaints would be that upon our initial arrival the house had not been cleaned and the bedroom windows REALLY need blinds/curtains. But the property manager was quick to address our concerns during our stay.

House is beautiful, very spacious…Location is within walking distance to food trucks, a mini mart, gas station, and Bagel Shop…even with one of our guests having hip problems. Some down sides were the fireplace’s pilot light was not lit so we needed host help with that, along with all 3 tv’s having no service. Management came and fixed problems the next day. Other than that the stay was private and enjoyable. Would stay again.

Beautiful Property

Such a lovely property right on the river. A chef’s kitchen with a Wolf stove and Subzero refrigerator. The beds were comfortable but the sheets could use replacing. Carpets and area rugs could use cleaning but the home was quite clean otherwise. The fireplace was extraordinary and added such cozy ambiance to our stay. We would definitely stay here again. The location is very convenient to shops, restaurants and so many parks. Thank you. Best VRBO we have ever rented.

Drake Park Villa of Dreams

The house was perfect for our groups needs and interests throughout Bend. The location and access to nearby restaurants, breweries and the river was a perfect fit. Would definitely recommend providing cleaning supplies as the house did not have any cleaning solution, broom or working vacuum. Our group needed to purchase our own supplies to keep the house tidy during our stay. Other than that, the place was a dream!
