We had an excellent time in this property. It was comfortable, convenient to Bend activities, and a nice neighborhood. It is a gated community with security procedures for accessing the property. We would definitely stay again.
Me and my family booked the condo for our spring skiing trip to Mt Batchelor. We were delighted with the condo’s great location to downtown Bend and Mt Batchelor. The location is right where you want to be in Bend. The condo itself was spacious and the hot tub was great! I would definitely rent this condo again!
This home was perfect! It had a great location, and had easy access within a gated community. We were here for a sports event, and the hot tub was a welcomed amenity.
Thank you!
I decided to go to Bend to eat, drink, be merry, ski and spend time with my son and his little family. Loved this condo. Very bright and spacious, comfortable, well equipped and great location. Would definitely go back.
We needed a place in Bend for a week, and we thought we’d give this lovely townhome inside Broken Top a try for the week. The owner communication ahead of the visit was timely and friendly. All instructions were accurate and easy. Townhome was clean, well-stocked, and a lovely place to work for the week and act as our home base. We used the hot tub most nights and cooked several meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Overall a lovely place - definitely recommend!
Well appointed, great communication, great location
Everything about this VRBO was a pleasant surprise. It's a lovely neighborhood near broken top golf course, a gated community that has a friendly guard to check when you come and go and provide additional information, and the host also provided prompt and friendly communications.
This unit includes two master suites with extra space for someone to sleep in the downstairs nook, uncomfortable living room, dining room, kitchen area, and a hot tub. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes, cups, plates and all the other tools that you might want to use if you are actually going to stay and cook while you were visiting bend.
The property is also close to everything, easy access to the highway if you are going skiing or to the mountains, and a quick trip to the Mill area or old downtown.
We loved Bend, and hope to come back again and we will definitely consider this property again when we return.
My family of four stayed here for a few days as we traveled home from Glacier National Park.
The homeowner was in touch with us over a month before our stay, ensuring that we had all of the instructions we needed, as well as the gate pass needed for the gated community.
I was concerned about the assigned parking spot because we had a truck with a large shell and long bike rack on the back. However, the assigned carport spot was spacious and worked perfectly.
The house was well equipped with everything we needed and more.
When I had some questions about the A/C, the owner called me right away and we were able to resolve the issue.
Even though it was 100 degrees when we were there, the spacious deck made a lovely place to enjoy breakfast, and hot tub was enjoyable at sunset.
The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. Very enjoyable place!
The configuration of this home was perfect for our family. We were able to put our toddler upstairs while the rest of us hung out downstairs. You couldn’t hear anything upstairs with door closed. Solid core doors. Huge deck and nice clean hot tub. The house was spotless and well stocked with good towels, kitchen cookware, etc. Nice touch they had a tower of Kurig coffee. Huge shower upstairs, large bathroom downstairs. We booked last minute for a funeral and didn’t have time to fully inspect the listing beforehand, but were pleasantly surprised across the boards. Good Wi-Fi. Nobody had any complaints in our party. One note on parking, we didn’t find a designated spot for number 8. However there was plenty of parking very close to the front door so really no big deal.
The host was excellent at communicating and was open to us checking in early and extending our stay. The villa is in a great location across from a dog park that was very handy for our trip. The villa itself was very comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen.
The place was very spacious, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location is very quiet, but also close to commercial areas and the river trails. Check-in and out was a breeze. Of course the hot tub and fireplace were fabulous amenities and a big focus of the visit. Thanks for sharing the lovely space.
This was a lovely place to stay. I loved that it had air conditioning. The owner was great at communication. It was a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It was located only a few minutes from shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
Nice family friendly option for a short stay while our home remodel project was completed. Good working layout and spaces. There are plenty of kitchen necessities available when we arrived. The dining and living room seating could use an update to be a bit more modern, softer and more comfortable but it's a pretty minor complaint. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the whole Broken Top neighborhood for taking our dog for a walk and our child to the playground.
Was in Bend for a long weekend, and this property was fairly priced, convenient location, clean, uncomfortable! Loved access to the private hot tub! Sandy was all the way available for any questions and got back to me quickly. I would rent here again.
This townhome was perfect for our family! The layout of the home, outdoor spa, excellent walking trails and wonderfully stocked kitchen made us feel at home over the holiday. Broken Top is a lovely neighborhood, and we would definitely stay here again!
Really was nice having the dog park right across from where we were as part of the golf course. Only issue was black ice on the asphalt in the parking lot in the mornings
