This reverse living home is tucked away in the quiet south end of Sunriver. Just a 5 minute walk to the Sunriver Village Mall, it is convenient to shops and restaurants.

8 SHARC PASSES--UNLIMITED USE! If you're not familiar with Sunriver, the SHARC is a fabulous complex of pools and slides, both indoor and outdoor, designed for the pleasure of all ages. Without these passes it costs $25/person for entry during the summer. These passes give you access to the SHARC with no additional fees on your part. You also have access to the tubing hill and tennis and pickleball courts with these passes.

Great vacation with the family!

Our family of 7 stayed here this last week and it was a great place to stay! The place was clean and everything was working including all of the bikes and hot tub. We will definitely staying here again next summer.

Great Cozy Getaway

We enjoyed our time at this property, just big enough for our large family. The house exceeded my expectations! My only suggestion for the owner is to upgrade the outdoor lighting on the back porch, it was really hard to see/use the BBQ in the evenings.

Great home for a ski vacation

We used the home for a quick ski vacation to Mt Bachelor. We loved the location to the mountain as well as the village in Sunriver. The hot tub was perfect after a long day at the slopes!

Perfect Sunriver location

This property was perfect for our family. We loved how close it is to the village as we go almost daily. We watched deer each night and the bike trail was close by.

Great place

Clean, nice place and great location. Owner was great at responding when the hot tub was not heating after our first night but unfortunately it did not heat back up to normal temp until the next day when it was time to leave. The main reason we booked was because of the hot tub.

Great Stay!

This was a mini family reunion with our daughter and her children. This was a great place to stay! There were plenty of dishes, silverware and glasses for our group, enough bicycles and SHARC passes so that everyone got to enjoy all the amenities. The grandkids especially loved the hot tub and their room with bunk beds and a mini gaming area. The location is close to everything, yet very quiet. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place highly!

Comfortable beds

We stayed for a week and the beds are very comfortable. Everything was as expected. Bikes need some work, and bushes need to be trimmed in driveway so you don’t scratch your car. Great location.

Perfect Sunriver Family Home

This home was perfect for our family ski trip (2 adults and 2 boys, 15 and 17 yrs old). Walking distance to the village, very roomy, super comfortable beds, awesome hot tub and all amenities we needed. Highly recommended! Paul was super responsive and helpful.

Great Sunriver Home; Excellent Location

We had a great stay and would definitely stay again. The house was VERY clean and only a 5-minute walk to the Village mall. Comfortable beds and plenty of sleeping space for our teenagers. This house may not be a great fit for very young kids or anyone who can't navigate stairs, but it worked really well for our family of teens!

Fantastic stay!

We are from Bend, but wanted a close to home staycation. This was perfect. The proximity to trails, SHARC, and the village is great. The bikes, hot tub and ping pong table were a fabulous bonus. Paul was quick to respond and even allowed us to change dates when a family emergency arose. We can’t wait to come back!

Time with grandkids

Perfect home for 3 kids and grandma and grandpa. Easy access in and out. Nice hot tub. Well furnished. Close to Sunriver mall for dinner and ice skating. Used the Sharc passes every day. We’ll be back! Thank you!

Perfect Sunriver home!

This home was perfect for what we wanted. The bunk bed room with a playstation was the ideal kids hangout, the bigger beds were very comfortable we all enjoyed the hot tub! The house felt very clean and updated and the location is ideal. We were close enough to the village we could put our name on the waitlist at restaurants for dinner then just wait for the text at home knowing we'd make it back to check in within 10 minutes. Host was very responsive with the questions we had pre-trip. Hope to be back again soon!

Just great!!

We needed a few days away and we had never been to Sunriver before. This property didn't disappoint!! It was very clean and plenty of room for our family. The owner was great and quick to respond to a question I had. The only downside was the pool hours for recreational swim are limited in the winter time, but that has nothing to do with this house. We'd definitely come again!!

Great family vacation spot!

This was our first time visiting Sunriver and we couldn’t have had a better time! This house was in great location with easy walking/biking access to the village. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The SHARC passes and bikes that were included in the house were a huge bonus!!! Our kids loved having unlimited access to the pool and bike trails! After a long day of activities, the hot tub was the perfect place to unwind. We will definitely be coming back!!

Loved the bikes. They were all in good working order and we really enjoyed riding along the Deschutes River at dusk. Beautiful! Beds were comfy and it stayed nice and cool downstairs even though it was 100 degrees when we were there. Upstairs, not so much. Thankful for the fans. Did not like all the huge chunks of peeling paint on the deck, especially with a toddler, or the slow drains in kitchen, shower, and bathroom sink. Carpet needs to be cleaned in living room area and better vacuumed.
