My wife an I were very pleased with this property. It is not perfect by any means, but for the price it was a great. Everything was clean and working. Lot's of bikes to chose from. We did not use the hot tub, but it looked good as well. The location is fine, average for Sunriver.

Spring Ski Fun

The home & surroundings were lovely. Every room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all one needs and more. We enjoyed skiing in the morning and relaxing and reading on the quiet deck in the afternoons. Good check-in and communication

Ski trip

Nice house which was exactly what we needed. Best part is that the back yard opens to basically the woodsā€¦no houses right behind it. Plenty of room/space for all. And obviously, close to Mt Bachelor!

Location was perfect for our family. Short walk to Fork Rock Park and a quick bike ride to SHARC and the Village. House was clean and had all the amenities we could have wanted. Would highly recommend.

The house was really well maintained and had several ameneties for free, like sleds, bikes, and a hot tubIt also felt much more private than the average Sunriver home, as there weren't backyard neighbors very nearby at allThere qre stairs to go up, but as long as you're even a little bit healthy, it shouldn't be any issue
