4 Approach is a nicely furnished home right on the 14th Fairway of the Meadows golf course, with breakfast nook, dining room, separate formal living room and a family room with flat screen TV.

• Conveniently located on a quiet cul-de-sac between circles two and three and near the Sunriver Village, pool and other resort amenities
• Living room has gas stove and family room features a fireplace
• Views of the golf course from family room, kitchen, dining room and Master Suite
• Dining room table has room to seat eight
• Master Suite located upstairs offers a king bed, TV/DVD, vaulted ceilings, a soaking tub in the tiled bathroom and a private balcony with golf course views
• Also located upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom that has two extra-long twin beds
• The fourth bedroom is located downstairs with a queen bed
• The large sunny deck includes expansive golf course views, gas BBQ, hammock and private hot tub

Lots of living area
House was clean, and well-kept. Definitely could have used additional sheets, spare soap, sharper knives, and the hot tub was not in good condition as far as controls, only the jets button worked (not others like temperature)
