Great ski week getaway

This property was a great choice for our nine-person group of two families during ski week. Amazing, walkable location just across from the village and easy drive to/from Mt. Bachelor. The house was clean, comfortable and well-appointed with everything we needed to cook and relax after a day of skiing.

The house was comfortable and well appointed. We had a fun week. Just a fyi - "two bunks" is one bunk bed in a cozy room. With both pull out couches, there are 14 places to sleep, but that's two on each sleeper sofa bed. The description makes it sound like the bunk room has 4 places to sleep, which it doesn't. Again, we had a great week and were comfortable after purchasing an air mattress. The location was fun. An easy walk to the mall and the lodge.

Clean home with many amenities. There were a few things that we forgot to bring, ie. pack n play, baby gate, which were found in this home. They’ve thought of just about everything. Only one issue, with the knobs on the front of the gas stove getting bumped. We resolved by pulling the knobs off while not in use. Owner was very communicative and friendly. Another successful Sunriver New Years with the family, making memories.

Great place and great location

This place was great. I loved how close it was to everything we needed - the great Hall, convenience store, restaurants. The amenities were great and the TV had a good cable package so I could watch the game.A couple things to improve would be the noise - the walls were paper thin and I could hear everyone that got up early; and the check-out instructions were too long.

Perfect Sunriver Group Getaway

The house was in the perfect location if you want to walk to town or ride bikes to the lodge and golf course. The cruiser bikes were great. Kitchen is well stocked. Lots of space for kids and adults to spread out. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location, Great Stay

We enjoyed this house and would stay here again. The communication with the owner was great. The home was clean and the multiple bedrooms and multiple bathrooms were great for our group. The kids could watch shows upstairs in the bonus room while adults were downstairs. The bikes were in great shape and we enjoyed the Sharc passes. The location is right near the village which you can walk to or ride to in a few minutes. Overall, a great stay.

The property has ample room and the proximity to the village is a bonus. Kids had a great time in the upstairs loft and allowed for adult gathering in the lower area. Ping pong table and bike fleet was super fun. The extra fridge in garage was excellent.

Family vacation at 5 backwoods land

Always a great place to stay in Sunriver! The proximity to the village cannot be beat! The house is well appointed, love the bonus room upstairs for the kids, it’s so nice for them to have their own space. The cherry on top is the N64 in the bunk room, with a great selection of games. We have stayed at this house nearly every year since 2019 and it’s always our first choice when visiting Sunriver!

Great place! We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, the hot tub and ping pong table! Only recommendation I would suggest is maybe update the mattresses on the sleeper sofas, or provide mattress toppers? Otherwise everything was great!

This was a perfect place to stay in Sunriver - location was spot on. Our family rented 3 different homes for our family reunion and this house was the main gathering spot for dinners each night. Nice play area up stairs for the kids! The only negative was no recycling and beds should be updated and replaced.

Perfect multi-family vacation rental!

We loved this rental and had a great time! It was perfect for 3 families and lots of space for the kids to run around upstairs. Loved all the extras, blankets, kids toys, movies, puzzles, games etc.! It was just across the street from the village and we were able to walk to and from the shops! The hot tub was a little murky and needed some extra attention upon arrival, but we called the hot tub company and they came within 5 minutes to clean it! We would definitely stay here again

Exceptional Family Home

In addition to being well located in Sun River, this house was better supplied than any vacation spot I've stayed. Kitchen was great. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for all. Lots of baby equipment and things for the kids to enjoy. Clean and tidy open spaces for family to gather. Bikes were super, as was the ping pong table. Thank you, too, for the Sharc passes, etc. We had a great weekend!!
