NO SMOKING! Smoking or vaping are NOT allowed anywhere on the property inside or outside including the front, side, and backyards, patios or decks, and the garage. Any evidence of smoking will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the security deposit at the owner's discretion. Please note that the mere presence of a heavy odor of smoke in a guest’s clothing and luggage can transfer to furniture, bedding, carpets, and walls regardless if smoking is limited to only when off the premises. All costs associated with smoke odor and removal of smoke odor will be deducted from the security deposit and is accepted and agreed by the renter by accepting this rental agreement and reserving/booking our house.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accommodate early check-in and/or late check-out requests during the busy summer months. The house comfortably accommodates 4 adults as the other 4 beds are bunk beds in an open loft without privacy. Absolutely no parties or combined gatherings of guests from other homes allowed.
