Location! Location! Location! Convenient location is a five minute walk to the river and Drake Park and no more than a ten minute walk to downtown. Walk the other way on Newport and you're in the trendy Newport restaurant row. It's also convenient to Ten Barrel and other local breweries. Please zoom in on the map to see how close you'll be to what makes Bend so special!

Cozy home right in the middle of it all on Newport Ave. This cozy home has a bedroom with new queen bed and High Def TV (without a door to keep the open feel so technically a studio), living area with comfy couch that can be converted to a single bed should each guest prefer his/her own sleeping area, a convenient kitchen including a stove/oven and full-size refrigerator, and a full bath with tub/shower combo . Free WIFI.

Your private getaway has a new, fenced backyard with patio set and bbq grill for your enjoyment.

Convenient parking space for a small car in front of house and parking for larger vehicles on the street.

*All bedding is washed in between every guest stay.

Perfect!

Perfect!

This little studio was perfect for us! It was bigger than it looked in photos which was great! Location was perfect to walk lots of places and there were plenty of spaces to park :)

Great Location

Perfect location. Walking distance to the Mill, the river, downtown, and the amphitheater. 4 stars because the backyard needed some tlc and there were no extra towels

The place was very clean. Great location. Only issue was when the was services at the church across the street people blocked the drive that we were supposed to use. Had to park in the covered drive

It was fine

Location was great. A couple of glitches but owner was responsive. It was good to have a full kitchen to prepare meals,saved money not eating out all the time. Parking was a little tricky on lot but had adequate on street parking.

Walk to Bend downtown and many parks. Electric heaters in walls in three areas. Toasty. Supplied with paper for our entire visit. Lockbox easy.

Perfect Studio

This was our second stay. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed walking to Drake Park & fun downtown Bend. We absorbed our 8 nights here very much, The location is fantastic whether you want to float the Deschutes or kayak Oregons beautiful Cascade lakes. The studio is stocked well and the owner James is very easy to communicate with. Looking forward to our next stay here! Debbie H.

Super Convenient

This is a fantastic base camp for exploring Bend. Walkable to everything you’ll want to explore in Downtown/Old Bend, convenient to the Deschutes River trail, and steps away from some great dining along Newport Ave. Newport is a busy-ish main drag, but the property is set back from the street and very quiet. Easy parking. Cozy - best for a solo explorer or a couple, but could accommodate a child as well.

Comfortable home for two people

Home had all you need. May check a bit of the cleaning process, cobwebs in the shower, tons of dust on the tv. Sprinklers came on at 9am, had to squeeze along the house to get outside and car got damp inside and out. Great location.

Walking Distance to Downtown - Perfect for 2

Cute, clean, little one bedroom with tiny backyard. Perfect for 2 people. Walking distance to downtown as well as the river walk(s). Coffee and groceries within walking distance as well. Everything was perfect except the fact that we had no hot water for showers after a long day of being outdoors. It was too late in the evening for the PM to do anything and we were checking out the next morning. That is the only reason for not giving 5 stars overall.

Fantastic location

You can walk to all the food and drink choices you can imagine. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to avoid traffic. So quiet that we couldn't be sure neighboring properties were lived in. This will be our first choice when visiting again.

All the basics, close to central Bend

This property had all the basics needed for our one week stay. We made a few meals in the handy kitchen and enjoyed a comfortable bed and quiet rest each night. Very clean throughout. Great place close to Bend with off street parking if you have a small vehicle.
