Welcome to Shevlin Northwest! 30 Day Minnimum.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood on the Westside. Come and enjoy this luxury property for 30 days. Walk out your front door and in 5 minutes you can be in Shevlin Park. Take in the miles of mountain bike and hiking trails in a fantastic natural setting. This park is one of Bend’s favorites spots. For those nights on the town Historical Downtown Bend and Old Mill District has shopping and yummy food. 

Nestled among the pine trees, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is a perfect location for a long vacation. Shevlin Northwest is equipped with a large open floor plan, gourmet kitchen and dining for 6. The living room features a nice gas fireplace with a large HDTV for the those cozy nights. There are three bedrooms and an office space for working while you are away on your adventure. The primary bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has a full size bed, all with comfy cozy bedding. Large outside patio with a seating and gas grill. This home will help make this the perfect vacation. 

Looking for some outdoor adventure? Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort and the Cascade Lakes are just a short drive away and are perfect places to explore in any season. Biking trails, skiing or snowboarding are some of the many seasonal options.
