This quintessential location and renovated craftsman bungalow provides a truly authentic and amazing Bend experience! Meander through historic neighborhoods to Jackson's corner, Palate coffee, 10 Barrel Brewing, Drake Park, downtown, Box Factory shopping district, and so much more.

Ultra hip mountain modern decor, artful details, and fabulous amenities make for a truly unique experience in the Delaware house! Cozy up to the gas fireplace, watch a movie with take-out, or grill outside on the private deck. This two bedroom one bath home is equipped with all that you will need for your vacation. Soak in the salt water system hot tub after a day of adventure under the central Oregon stars.

The spectacular Cascade Mountains and many lakes are and easy 20 minute drive providing endless opportunities for outdoor adventures. Phil's mountain bike trails are 6 miles to the West, as well as many walking and hiking trails along the Deschutes River right out your front door!
