It is accessed by exterior stairs, private entrance, and self check in. It is cozy, equipped with a full kitchen, sunny living room, 1 BD, and 1 Bath. Convenient location in a quiet neighborhood by downtown Bend, less than a mile to the river trail, coffee shops, brew pubs, and grocery. Great launching pad for mountain biking, hiking, skiing, golfing, fishing, whitewater and countless other adventures, you get the picture!

Wife and I stayed for a long weekend. It was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Great location close to downtown. The bike path along the river is just a couple blocks away. We will absolutely stay here again.

Easy check in, all the details from comfortable bedding, extra linens, to bathroom essentials, and dining needs. Very quiet- there were people downstairs and I never heard a thing. Outside deck for morning coffee. Great location, walking distance to river. One of my new favorite stays. Cheers!

We got there a little late in the evening, and had a short stay on our way to WA state, but this worked out perfectly. The place had a nice comfortable layout, was clean and quiet and had well-stocked amenities. The owners put a lot of thought and care into this property. We would love to stay here again!

Great little place!

This is a perfect place for a couple, it is a quaint little place in a sleepy neighborhood. No traffic as it is tucked away, the amenities were great, it has everything you would want.We met the owner Glen upon arrival, he was working on his new Sprinter RV, he definitely knew what he was doing when he upgraded this rental, its a great little place!

The location is perfect—easy walking to the river trail and to town. We loved the layout of the unit, the furnishings, decor, and attention to detail. There were extra amenities and supplies that we have never had in the numerous VRBO’s we have stayed in. It was over the top!
