12 White Alder is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This 1,892 sq. ft. home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms making it enjoyable for up to 6 guests. Mostly single level home features log accents and styling throughout, directly off of the living room is a spiral staircase leading up to a small open loft area that overlooks the living room below.
Additional features of this beautiful home include:
• The living room features a comfortable seating area with flat screen TV, vaulted ceilings and two story river rock gas fireplace and wall of windows to let in natural south west light
• Fully stocked kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances and gas range
• Dining tables seats 6 with additional seating at bar
• All three bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the main level:
The master suite features a king bed, TV & DVD and private access to deck and private hot tub
• The second suite has a queen bed with flat screen TV
• The third bedroom features a twin/queen pyramid bunk bed, third full bath just out side this bedroom
