"The Bear's Den is a darling place to stay on a vacation. While the bedrooms were on the smaller side, the living areas had tons of room to relax and move around, which is where it really matters. The furniture was comfortable (my personal requirement), the kitchen was open and spacious, and the dining room had plenty of room for playing cards or having a meal.The rooms had super comfortable twin beds and bed linens. We just pushed ours together for that king bed experience!The cabin is in a little community with VERY friendly neighbors. If you were bringing the kids, they could easily ride bikes or play out in the street without you having to worry. There were a few kids out in the street playing basketball while we were there, having a blast.If you were looking for somewhere super private, however, this might not be your place. But if you like socializing and being in a welcoming community, this is your spot."

"This was a nice property but is smaller than you may think.It is a room in an old roadside motel. And has paper thin walls.Small bathroom with not much counter space, frig doors need to open away from wall because space is tight, this makes opening the refrigerator a bit tough as there is not enough room to get your fingers on the side handle.Bed was comfortable. Couch was real small and quite hard, uncomfortable if you sat too long. Overall it was fine for a two night stay. "

"Our three children are in their early 20’s, life is moving so fast which is why we love to head up north to escape our busy schedules. Loon lodge was perfect! It is cozy yet plenty of space, laundry, multiple bathrooms, wonderful kitchen, clean beach, large garage and pet friendly. I have absolutely nothing to complain about even fun throw-back dvd’s to sift through. You really do not need to overpack everything you need is in this cabin. Walker is a quick 20 min drive that has cute shops, bakery, community center to grab a workout plus a really nice grocery store. Thank you for sharing this great space with us. "
