"Where do I start……I booked a suite & also a separate room for family. I specifically requested the extra room to be 2 queens. When we got to the hotel at 4:30, the extra room had been changed to just a king and wasn’t even ready. That started the experience on the wrong foot. We had to wait for the 2nd room to be ready & had to keep insisting that we wanted 2 queens. After finally getting to our rooms, we all decided to head to the downstairs bar to meet for cocktails & appetizers. Several people requested Pina Coladas & were told that the bar could not make them because their blender was broken & had been for a while. The food was less than appetizing that we ordered & ended up not eating it. Every time we ran the water or flushed the toilet in our suite, the plumbing banged so loud in the wall that it was ridiculous! The next day, housekeeping didn’t even have our room cleaned & it was 4:30 in the afternoon. We had to complain & when they finally sent someone up to the room, it was done half-a#$(*with no extra towels that we requested. Horrible experience. They don’t even have a coffee shop in the hotel. The best part of the whole trip was the valet staff & bellhops! They were awesome! Don’t waste your time on this “Grand Hyatt”. A total disappointment. We’ll find somewhere else to stay from now on. Horrible experience."

"The team was very kind. Our flight came in early and they made an extra effort to allow us to check in early and let us leave our luggage while we went to get something to eat. The breakfast area was well stocked with hot and cold options and very well maintained. Highly recommended if you find yourself in the area. "

"We had a lovely time staying here. Marion has thought of everything you might need and has expertly fit it into a compact space! We have stayed at several different beach places that are larger and had to buy things because they weren’t available. The kitchen has what you need, there are chairs and umbrellas-even sunscreen! The space was clean, and she was an excellent host-leaving us a welcome note and little gift, stocking the fridge with a few items, checking in with us during our stay. We had no issues whatsoever. The TVs are not smart TVs so be aware of that. We would definitely recommend staying here!"
