This wonderful luxury Scandinavian style holiday home is situated on the shores of the River Erne in a wildlife reserve. Less than a five-minute drive to the little town of Belturbet, the property is within easy reach of shops, traditional pubs and some good restaurants. With the setting beside the jetty, it is impossible not to want to explore the Shannon Erne waterway by boat. But there are also lovely marked walkways and cycle paths along the water’s edge, making these holiday homes perfect for a holiday on land or water. Bicycles are available for hire locally in Belturbet.

This spacious and bright holiday home has a beautifully decorated, modern open plan kitchen/dining/living area with an electric fireplace and French doors onto the patio.
Additional lounge space with a large TV is available at the mezzanine level. Enjoy a lot of light and stunning views of River Erne and the local forest.

2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
