Muito organizado e limpo. Todos os dias trocavam nossas toalhas e e lençois. Cafe da manha básico, por ser nordestina senti falta de algumas coisas, mas não é cultura do estado. é bem localizado, só ao redor tem muitos moradores de rua. Excelente foi ter garagem,pois a maioria que procurei, teria que pagar por fora. Pra quem quer passar o dia fora turistando é ótimo e quem vai pra trabalhar como eu e meu esposo fizemos. Fui ao escritorio da empresa, e meu esposo ficou trabalhando do quarto. A net nos primeiros dias não estava boa, mas ficou melhor. Tem um espaço terreo que da pra trabalhar também. Enfim gostamos bastante.

Não Gosto da Higiene

No café, depois de pousar em alguns pães, a mosca varejeira caiu na jarra de leite e levou algum tempo até que as funcionárias percebessem. Levaram a jarra e a impressão que ficou foi que apenas tiraram a mosca do leite e não que trocaram o mesmo. De novo, manter a porta aberta para a rua atrai moscas de um local muito degradado com indigentes e drogados. Antes não tomava café, mas devido o valor da diária, infelizmente, não posso prescindir. Já pedi para tirar o café do valor da diária, mas não aceitam. Já estou no hotel desde domingo e, hoje, sexta-feira ainda não trocaram meu enchoval. Ao retornar e ver que não trocaram o enxoval de banho, pedia as simpáticas recepcionistas que fizessem o favor de fazê-lo, mas o de cama ainda não o fizeram. Vou ter que solicitar para que façam. Fui chamado a atenção porque solicitei limpeza depois das 15 horas, então aproveitei para pedir que troquem meu enxoval de cama e banho. Já não limpam a área do banho, por isso tomo banho de chinelos. Isso sabendo que os donos do hotel também são donos de uma lavanderia industrial. Só deixam uma toalha de banho, quando o normal é duas e ainda não trocam.

Sempre que vamos a BH fico nesse hotel, fácil acesso, excelente café da manhã, quarto confortável. Os arredores com o passar dos anos está ficando “feio”, mas no hotel em si, é seguro.

Colchão em estado ruim, café mediano, limpeza média, atendimento médio, portas com chave cartão com dificuldade para abrir, além de ter que empurrar bem para fechar ao entrar no quarto. Acesso com muitos moradores de rua e usuários como em todas as grandes cidades, mas com viaturas em horários específicos na região. Uma das garagens (G2) estava com esgoto geral derramando sobre os veículos dos hóspedes, o portão quebrou e ficou aberto inclusive durante à noite.

Lamentável.

O quarto que me foi reservado não havia sido arrumado. O hóspede anterior deixou caixa de pizza, garrafas de refrigerante parcialmente consumidas, latas de refrigerante, sacos de salgadinhos vazios, etc... Lamentável entra no quarto e encontrá-lo desarrumado. Isso aconteceu às 17:15h, horário em que fiz o check-in.
