This hotel is ok. I’d say it’s a three-star at best. Our room had visible water damage on the wall near one of the windows where the plaster was actually crumbling. They never should be having guests in such a room. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The staff were polite but not overly friendly. The bathroom was ABSURDLY small. The minibar fridge was off kilter. The neighborhood has definitely seen better days and has gone downhill in recent years. The charge from bringing a pet was WAY too high. I think you can definitely do far better in Belo. I definitely would NOT stay here again.

The Oldest and Poorest Hotel Ever

It is the worst, most expensive, and oldest hotel where I have stayed. The restaurant staff is cold, food variety is very poor, the towel is much older than me, the room door is from last century, the facilities are so simple for the price. It would worth only 1/5 the price they offer.

Boa experiência. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa, café da manhã variado com ótimas especialidades mineiras. A localização é ótima e os quartos são amplos e confortáveis. Embora a decoração seja mais antiga, tudo é bem conservado. Como sugestão, as toalhas de banho poderiam ser renovadas, apesar de a troca ter sido prontamente atendida quando solicitada. No geral, foi uma ótima hospedagem e recomendo o hotel.

No restaurante vendem como medalhão de filé, mas foi servido outra carne, talvez fraldinha, estava dura. Outro dia veio o salmão cru. Outro dia veio a massa crua. O colchão era velho, com buraco, pedimos para substituir, fizeram mas não melhorou muito. A reposição dos cafés no quarto esqueciam todos os dias, tinha que pedir para repor. Quanto ao banheiro, pequeno, só reformando, pressão de água e temperatura boa.
