excellent cleaning service daily. helpful and friendly front desk 24/7. delicious breakfast is included. walk distance to the gorgeous Diamond Mall, Super Nosso supermarket, Araujo drugstore. all suites on the 5th floor are spacious and clean.

Excellent hotel with a wonderful included breakfast. Was given a kitchenette suite on the top floor that was very nice. Within walking distance of the central market and dozens of dining options. Definitely would stay there again.

Perfect place for business/fun/vacation

It was an ideal place to stay. The staff at the front were wonderful to work with. Elvis was kind enough to help me with my luggage. Breakfast was great too. lots of options that change everyday. It was an ideal location with everything walking distance. Supermarket around the corner, Mall was a ten minute walk ( mostly because it was a huge hill). Too cold to go in the pool, but it looked dreamy. I loved the steam room! Perfect way to distress after work. The view from the 22nd floor was everything.

The hotel is super well located close to restaurants, bars and sightseeing. The building is an old building so all the rooms are also old in general and a bit outdated. But they are spacious rooms. The breakfast is good quality and varied.

This was my second time staying four nights at the Transamerica Lourdes, and o was not disappointed that I went back. Great, central location, accommodating staff, look-forward-to-every-morning breakfast. Choose one of the newly renovated rooms, it’s more than worth the price difference, you won’t be disappointed.

This is really hit or miss depending on which room you book. First time there for two nights we were in a superior room floor 12 and it was great, looked very new and stylish…BUT, got charged $150 a night as we only booked the day before (on Expedia). A week before it was $90 a night…I hate it when hotels do that. Also, the Wi-Fi didn’t work so we paid all that money and didn’t even have Wi-Fi…I mentioned it to the hotel and they said it was all being upgraded. They should mention no Wi-Fi access on the listing then. Second time in we booked the Luxo Queen for 1 night to save money ((19th floor) and it was awful. It’s obviously a very old apartment room that has never been modernised for many years, since it opened I’d guess. Broken door handles, scuffed dirty walls, dirty curtains, torn chairs, cover plates falling off electric switches in the bathroom, grimy internal staircase. We paid $75 a night for this mess but if we’d paid only $10 more on Expedia day of arrival we could have had the superior modern room! So I’m angry we got stitched up for over $300 for the first two nights in a room which regularly sells at $85/$90 a night and angry that they could put any customers in the old apartment rooms because they’re a mess.

An older property, but the price point was good.

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel location was good. It felt safe walking around the neighborhood and there were good restaurants nearby. The property is old, and it shows. The bedding was old and needed to be updated. Staff were friendly and helpful.
